• The pool is heated (target water temp: 81°F)
April & October
• The pool remains open but is not heated by default
• Heating is available upon request for $100/day if the average forecasted air temperatures are above 55°F during your stay
• Please note: actual water temperature may vary depending on weather and may not always reach the set temperature
November 1 – March 31
• The pool is closed for the season

Quiet Policy: Please note that The Huntly Estate is in a private, quiet mountain community. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, and guests are expected to respect the surrounding neighbors.

Clean Guarantee: Our Cleaning Fees are backed by our Clean Guarantee. If the home does not meet our cleaning standards upon arrival, we will promptly return to address it.

Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out: may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. There may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Military Discount: We have tremendous respect and gratitude for former and present military personnel. Yonder would like to offer a 5% discount on this home. Some restrictions apply; not valid with any other offers. The only thing we ask is that you present identification in the form of a “CAC” card or a “DD Form 2” card (Blue & Green).

Payment - Cancellation - Insurance: Please review our payment & cancellation policies, along with information about vacation rental insurance.

Long Term Bookings: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays. A security deposit, mid stay cleaning fee and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay.

Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including a clear photo of a government-issued ID and a selfie photo of the primary guest holding that ID next to their face (ID must match the reservation name), as well as a photo of the payment method in the primary guest’s name. Subject to security screening for verification and authenticity. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.

Amazing Stay

"We had an amazing stay at The Huntly Estate! We stayed in the home with the pool, and it was perfect for our family. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the pool, hot tub,l and game room. The location was perfect—close to Asheville but still private and peaceful. Our only suggestions would be adding blinds/window coverings to the main living area windows and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Those would make an already amazing property even better! Highly recommend The Huntly Estate!

"The Lodge at The Huntly Estate was our chosen venue for a family reunion, and we were overwhelmed with every aspect of our stay. Not only is the home itself stunning and beautifully maintained, it's kept stocked with more than the usual amenities one expects (hopes?) to find in a vacation rental. The management company, Yonder, was very responsive to our questions, and made the entire experience one we will never forget! Can't WAIT to return -- and soon!

"Wonderful weekend. Hosted an 80th birthday surprise family gathering on this Asheville property. We had 35 people staying together. The homes were lovely and all had a great time. Would whole-heartedly recommend this property and working with Yonder.

"It was truly the best VRBO we have ever reserved.The property was incredibly well-provisioned, offering items that I typically have to purchase myself or get extra. The thoughtful design and attention to detail in the kitchen and other rooms were outstanding. Plenty of space for our business side of the stay and tons of room for fun. "Our stay at The Huntly Estate was perfect. The homes were spotlessly clean with everything our group needed to enjoy the stay. We prepared two dinners for 15 folks during our stay. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The heated pool and two hot tubs were enjoyed by all. I cannot say enough good things about the team at Yonder. They make sure every detail is covered. We'll be back!

Luxury renting from top to bottom!

"The Huntly Estate homes were a wonderful place to host a group of family and friends. We were able to group similar schedules / preferences in homes but still have easy access to one another with the connection between the properties. The new home was absolutely beautifully done, and the owners have gone out of their way to ensure any basic needs are accounted for. A bonus to be able to have over 20 people eating in the same space thanks to the layout of The Grange home. The homes were so great we cancelled plans in the city and enjoyed the spaces instead. We also hosted a beautiful meal/party outside for those staying at the houses with us, and there are so many spaces that there were tons of options depending on preferences for that type of occasion as well. We're already looking for reasons to bring a group back. Thank you, Huntly Estate team!
