Quiet Policy: Please note that The Grange at The Huntly Estate is in a private, quiet mountain community. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, and guests are expected to respect the surrounding neighbors.

Clean Guarantee: Our cleaning fees are backed by our Clean Guarantee. If the home does not meet our cleaning standards upon arrival, we will promptly return to address it.

Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out: may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. There may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Military Discount: We have tremendous respect and gratitude for former and present military personnel. Yonder would like to offer a 5% discount on this home. Some restrictions apply; not valid with any other offers. The only thing we ask is that you present identification in the form of a “CAC” card or a “DD Form 2” card (Blue & Green).

Payment - Cancellation - Insurance: Please review our payment & cancellation policies, along with information about vacation rental insurance.

Long Term Bookings: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays. A security deposit, mid stay cleaning fee and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay.

Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including a clear photo of a government-issued ID and a selfie photo of the primary guest holding that ID next to their face (ID must match the reservation name), as well as a photo of the payment method in the primary guest’s name. Subject to security screening for verification and authenticity. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.

"We had an excellent stay and definitely plan to return! The property was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen was one of the best-stocked we’ve seen in a long time and truly had everything we needed. We also really appreciated the refreshingly simple, almost hotel-like checkout process. No starting loads of laundry or completing a long list of chores before leaving. This was easily one of our best Airbnb experiences for a large gathering, and we highly recommend this property.

"Our family had a wonderful time at The Grange. The 8 bedrooms and 8 full baths was a huge plus for us. It was the cleanest and most well stocked rental we have ever stayed in. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grange. There was plenty of room for our seven families. It was very well stocked with everything we needed. The pool and game room were big hits with our younger ones. The fact that every bedroom had its own bathroom was a huge plus. Yonder properties was most helpful with every aspect of our trip. We plan to have a return trip.

"This is the best equipped home we have ever rented. I highly recommend this property. The location is great, easy drive to dwtn AVL, breweries, restaurants and other attractions. This was our fourth annual family reunion and talking about other years compared to this year we all ranked this house and Asheville nbr 1.

Luxury and Comfort

"It is the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Each bedroom is beautifully appointed and has its own en suite bath. With 8 bedrooms- all couples and our loan wolf had their own private space. There are three separate seating areas to gather in and we used them all. The game room was fantastic, the guys were able to shoot pool and watch World Cup games while the ladies gathered upstairs to watch movies in the evenings. We used the pool, gym and corn hoke provided taking advantage of all this amazing home has to offer. We also were greeted by the owners with some special treats which I will leave for you to discover on your own. Or laboratories overhead caution we have traveled all over the country for nearly 20 years allow and this is the first time everyone agreed that this was a home we would happily visit again. And oh the kitchen!!

Beautiful Spacious Home

"Our extended family spent the Christmas holidays at this amazing property. The bedrooms have very comfortable beds and updated ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped for large groups with quality cookware and plenty of plates and serving pieces. Big tables and furniture made it easy for the group to spread out in multiple areas. Our group had fun playing video games and pool and watching movies in the downstairs area. Located close to downtown Asheville and easy to access hiking and ziplining activities. We would be lucky to gather and stay here again!

"We stayed with Yonder from October 10–12, and everything about our experience was fantastic. The luxury property was absolutely beautiful and had everything you could ask for including a hot tub, heated pool, pool table, and arcade games for endless entertainment. The home was spacious and easily accommodated our large group with plenty of room to relax and spread out. We also appreciated the thoughtful details. The house was fully stocked with supplies, and Yonder provided an early complimentary check-in, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. "The Grange is a beautiful home that has been thoughtfully designed to accommodate a large number of guests. En suite bathrooms and outdoor space dedicated to EVERY bedroom blew our friends away. Family vacation in the mountains

"We stayed at The Grange in Asheville for a long weekend with our extended family. This property has eight bedrooms and each one has its own bathroom, which was great for all of the kids and couples to have their own space. The kitchen is big for cooking group dinners, and has two fridges which is always a bonus when there is a lot of food to prepare and store. The pool was an extra feature And was used it all the time. It really made our stay extra fun. Everything was clean and brand new; it is obvious that the owners have put a lot of effort into making this a luxury space with extra special touches. The playroom in the basement has lots of different options, including a pool table and arcade games and a big round table for board games. We can’t wait to come back!

"The Grange is an absolutely stunning home. Before arriving we though it would be great, but WOW the Grange knocked our socks off. The design and quality of everything were at the highest standard. The kitchen, pool, and number of activities were truly amazing. The gym is huge and feels like an actual club. The location is ideal, very private and peaceful, but incredibly close to everything Asheville. We cannot say enough about the Grange. We will be back. If you visit the Grange you will not be disappointed.
