Your experience as a guest is our top priority. Over the past 12 years, Yonder has developed industry leading cleaning protocols and policies that ensures a sanitized, disinfected and comfortable vacation home for you and your family.

Your Yonder vacation home will meet these standards:

Physically Clean – Free from apparent dust & dirt
Chemically Clean – Free from harmful chemicals on surfaces and in air
Bacteriologically Clean – Free from harmful bacteria on surfaces
Entomologically Clean – Free from harmful insects or pests
Osmologically Clean – Free from any organic or inorganic matter that my cause an odor

We stand behind this high level of standards and have developed the 100% Yonder Clean Guarantee. Clean, well maintained properties ready by your check-in every time.

If your vacation home is not ready for your arrival, we will buy you dinner* If you come into one of our homes and it has not been cleaned and maintained to our housekeeping standards we will quickly fix the issues. If we are unable to return the property to our standards by 11:30 AM the morning after your arrival, we will refund your cleaning fee.

A refund will not be issued if Yonder isn’t notified of cleanliness issues by 9:00 AM the day after your arrival and/or we are not given the opportunity to address. Click here for a list of our housekeeping standards.
