Extended Stays: Reservations of 30 days or more are subject to review. Stays exceeding 90 days require an additional agreement. A security deposit, mid-stay cleaning fees, and trash pickup fees may apply depending on the length of stay.

Last-Minute Bookings: For reservations made within 7 days of arrival, additional verification is required to protect our homeowners and guests. This includes:

A photo showing the last four digits of the payment method in the primary guest’s name

"Great place with tons of room and a big yard that the dog loved. Quiet neighborhood and really beautiful long range views. Out in the country, but it's also very convenient to good shopping and restaurants. Farmers market nearby. Amazing apples in the fall. Paved road all the way in. Entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway is just minutes away.

Perfect Location

"Beautiful views right from the living area! Perfect location, close to downtown Waynesville, Blue Ridge Pkwy, and Asheville. We had 3 couples along with our 12 year old daughter. Everyone had their own room. 2 of the bedrooms share a bathroom in the hallway which worked just fine for us, but something to be aware of. Nice, large dining table for the whole family along with games and puzzles to do. We visited the farm right across the street (2 miles away) which was really cute. Hiking available really close by (Standing Rock Overlook was beautiful and very close.)

"Todo estuvo muy bien. La casa esta bien ubicada, cerca del centro de ski catalooche, es muy comoda, limpia, y con todo lo que uno necestia! La empresa Yonder respondio rapido. tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente la ultima noche y lo resolvieron en seguida. (solo era tema de un braker). Tuvimos una estancia muy linda. Volveremos (Everything was great. The house is well located, close to the Catalooche ski resort. It's very comfortable, clean, and has everything you need! The Yonder company responded quickly. We had a problem with the hot water last night, and they resolved it immediately (it was just a breaker). We had a very nice stay. We will return.)

Absolutely Stunning

"This location is absolutely stunning. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again for next year…The home has a breath taking view and was very clean…My only recommendation would be to put a TV upstairs…. We took my Mother who is 88 years old and it was very hard for her going up and down the stairs to watch TV…Other then that we loved it !!!

"Home layout was great. Kitchen appliances also were great, however there could be a new frypan set added, and utensils need replacing (sharp knife set). Only 1 set of towels were provided per bedroom, so having laundry options were used often. Loved the quiet neighborhood, and amazing view!

"This home has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation, and some fun extras too, like a piano, guitar, and games! The view from the living room is spectacular (the window seat is AMAZING and cozy), and it’s in a beautiful neighborhood. The location is great as you’re close enough to the highway, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Downtown Waynesville, and Lake Junaluska; all of which we visited! We took our 2 daughters, their husbands, and our 11-month-old granddaughter and we all loved being there. We were sad to have to leave and really hope to come back again every year and stay longer if we can afford it!

"The house was exactly like the posting described and what we were looking for. Accommodated my parents, my wife’s parents, and our toddler comfortably. The step down movie room was our favorite but the views from the fireplace while sipping your morning coffee were beautiful! Having never visited Asheville before, we intended to use Waynesville as a central point to visit the city but we ended up falling in love with Waynesville and found no reason to leave. The house, the property management company, and the people all made our experience the most enjoyable. Yonder was one of the most responsive and communicative property management companies I’ve ever worked with. I highly recommend this house and Yonder.

"The location is absolutely amazing with endless views. The kitchen was supplied with everything you might need to enjoy family dinners. This home is offered by a management company so there’s a lot more documentation and so forth required in order to rent the property. The combination lock to the back door off of the carport is not working, this door would’ve been useful in the rain. But, in all fairness, they did mention that before hand. I was in the property for 11 days and truly enjoyed myself. The only real issues was the trash pick up which is basically nonexistent unless you pay the additional $35, so if you fill up the small trash can outside the house. You either have to haul it off yourself or pay them a fee to come pick it up. The beds were extremely comfortable, but I would recommend you bring your own pillow. They were not very comfortable pillows, and there was no extra pillows.
