Location: Private home located app. 10 minutes outside of downtown Brevard. You are about 15 minutes to Asheville Regional airport, and only 45 minutes to the gates of Biltmore Estate & downtown Asheville. You are also app. 15 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, and easy access to just about everything in the area; including minutes to both DuPont Forest & Pisgah National Park.

What You Can Expect: The Pisgah Hillside Haven is your go to place when staying in Western North Carolina. It is tucked away in the woods on 3 acres, yet is extremely accessible to all this area has to offer; such as breweries, waterfalls, mountain biking, hiking, The Biltmore Estate, and more. The Hillside Haven features gorgeous hardwood floors, granite countertops, queen-size bed and sleeper sofa from West Elm, brand new washer and dryer, and everything you need for a great vacation.

The Pisgah Hillside Haven is a detached garage apartment on a 3 acre property. It is secluded and private, but we also vacation rent the main house located on the same property, the Pisgah Adventure Cottage. (Speak with a Yonder rep for larger groups and more information.) The entire apartment space is exclusively yours during your stay, and the front deck is surrounded by trees and is very private.

For late-night relaxation and entertainment after a long day out experiencing our mountains, waterfalls & more; there is a 43 inch flat screen TV is connected to the internet via Roku for shows and movies online. No cable is provided, but the Roku is logged into Netflix and Hulu for your viewing pleasure.

But you are here to relax and enjoy the spectacular splendor of the Blue Ridge Mountains, not watch TV. Indeed, welcome to the mountains of Western Carolina, and the relaxation and calm that accompany them; ENJOY!!

You are just minutes from America’s favorite scenic byway, The Blue Ridge Parkway; along with DuPont Forest, Pisgah national Forest, Sliding Rock, motorcycle touring, biking, hiking, white water rafting, rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, zip lining, Segway tour…just about any outdoor activity! Or, take a quick ride to downtown Brevard, or into downtown Asheville to enjoy the first-rate restaurants, shopping, galleries, spas, and entertainment.

"I enjoyed our stay here, the location is perfect because it’s tucked in the woods and secluded but it’s just off of the highway and conveniently located near downtown Brevard as well as Ingles. The customer service through Yonder was great. I spoke mainly with Katlyn (I hope I spelled it right), and she was so nice and helpful. The house is fully stocked with anything you could need and has a full kitchen which is great if you like cooking at home like us.

"Loved this little spot! Exactly as described - a quiet and peaceful little oasis within 15 minutes to Brevard. I loved having the porch and fire pit out front! The bed was comfy, kitchen has everything you need, washer and dryer were a plus! Would definitely stay here again. I’d avoid arriving for the first time after dark like I did- the turn-in was a little hard to see and the driveway a bit tricky for the first time. But after that first arrival — all good! Absolutely follow their instructions about driving down the steep portion and around to the cabin’s parking spot.

Trout Fishing Adventure

"Pisgah Hillside Haven was the perfect place to base for our trout fishing adventure on the Davidson River. Clean cottage feel with a large kitchen and comfortable sleeping ensured we were rested each day before fishing and provided a peaceful retreat each evening at the end of the day. Yonder had everything we needed from plenty of coffee (drip and Keurig), soap, paper towels, etc. I don’t think we looked for one thing or asked one question while we were there. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the ideal location - just 5 minutes north of beautiful Brevard and still just 30 minutes south of Asheville. We did dinners in both. We will be back for more fishing adventures and Yonder’s Pisgah Hillside Haven will be at the top of our list. I am just hoping it will still be available after the word is out.

"We got to enjoy a snowy weekend at Pisgah Hillside Haven. The home is just like the pictures and has pretty much everything you need. The only thing that wasn’t very clear was parking and the steep driveway that lead down to the main house. But once we figured out how/where to park for our cottage, things were easy. The parking is a little steep but we didn’t have any issues with our SUV. Thank you for quick responses from Yonder.

"Very clean and modern. It’s hidden in the forest, which was very nice, and it was also close to a small town nearby to be able to find places to eat. Really loved this place! "We LOVED it perfect spot to get around to everything and even very private for being around other houses ..very relaxing only thing we noticed was that there was a mildew smell first entering ..obviously looked like it had been taken care of but just had that slight distinct smell ..but other than that everything was clean and nice ! "Wonderful mountainside cottage! This place has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed, full kitchen amenities. The tv is big and has great options for both movies and shows. The area is quiet and peaceful, and so close to downtown Brevard and great hikes. Less than 10 min to the Pisgah Natl. Forest. We loved sitting on the porch in the evenings watching the fireflies. We also had our one year old with us, and the whole bnb was child friendly. They even left some kids plates, dvds, and toys, along with a pack n’ play. Our daughter loved playing with the box of blocks they’d left. We would stay here again anytime!

Great Rental in a Beautiful Area!

"This was a fantastic rental- my husband, son (age 12), and I stayed for a long weekend. It is bigger than it looks in the pictures, and very clean. We brought a camping cot for our son to sleep on in the bedroom, and had plenty of space for it next to the bed with walk-space in between. The kitchen was great, we made all of our meals at the house, and spent most of our time hiking in the nearby nature preserves. It is an easy ~30 minute drive to Asheville, and we thought Brevard had a really cute downtown. I loved that the house is tucked away and very private, but a short distance from a main road. We would definitely stay here again!!
