Outdoor Features

Exclusively private access to a custom new 40' x 16’ in-ground swimming pool. The new custom pool is conveniently located directly adjacent to the home. The pool is privately used by only the Three Timbers homes: Pine Hollow, Mountain Haven & Winters Haven. It is adjacent to, and easily accessible via a short walk from each home.
Expansive partially covered deck just off the great room—ideal for coffee, sunsets, and stargazing
Hot tub for relaxing after hiking, brewery runs, or Biltmore days
Private pond (fun for feeding fish and enjoying the scenery)
Fire pit area for s’mores and evening stories under the stars

Guests also have access to the Edenderry Pond, a shared community amenity featuring a small beach area, dock, and community fire pit—a great spot to relax and enjoy the mountain setting. Catch-and-release fishing is welcome, and swimming is permitted at your own risk.

The swimming pool is open 9am - 9pm in pool season.
Heating is available upon request for $100/day if the average forecasted air temperatures are above 55°F during your stay, and per the “Pool Availability” calendar below.

"We had a wonderful time staying at the Pine Hollow House near Asheville, North Carolina. The house was absolutely stunning! It was fully stocked, incredibly comfortable, and exuded a cozy ambiance. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the deck during the day and snuggling up in front of the fire at night. Since we were traveling with a large group, we were delighted to find ample space to explore and enjoy our time together. The kitchen was well-equipped and served as a perfect gathering spot for meals. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the game room provided endless entertainment. The jacuzzi was a popular spot for unwinding and soaking in the soothing waters. The property itself was a sight to behold. It boasted a beautiful pond, charming little waterfalls, and even koi fish swimming gracefully. We spent countless hours strolling around the property, soaking in the tranquility and natural beauty. Conveniently located near the Biltmore Estate, the Pine Hollow House offered easy access to a variety of delightful restaurants and unique breweries. The Yonder Luxury Rental company, which managed the property, provided exceptional service and curated a selection of truly beautiful accommodations. I highly recommend any of their properties, especially the Pine Hollow House, for an unforgettable stay.

"We stayed at Pine Hollow for a family get together and there could not have been a better place! The house is gorgeous and massive - room for everyone and all the activities. The location is a great launching point for hikes in Pisgah and easy Asheville access. Everyone is already talking about the next reunion and going back to Pine Hollow again.

"My guests and I agree - the house is stunning. The house more than matched the photos - there was plenty of common space, an incredible amount of private, get-away space, and all of the amenities you could need. And the hosts were exceptionally responsive and thorough with the details. The one critique I'd offer was around flexibility in light of Hurricane Helene. We originally booked the house for October 2024, right after Helene devastated the and during the time when the governor told visitors to not visit the area. Not only would the hosts not refund our booking, but they insisted that we reschedule within six months rather than offer the same dates the following year. We chose the house to celebrate an October birthday at peak foliage, something not possible in April. The moral of the story is to ensure flexibility coverage in your booking - you might need it. Otherwise, again, the house and the service were outstanding!

"Pine Hollow is a fabulous house! Just a quick drive to downtown Asheville, it made for a super fun vacation! The only issue we had was that the grill was extremely rusted and therefore unable to be used. Everything else was great for the quick weekend that we were there! "Rented a beautiful home in Fairview! Friends and family stayed at this beautiful place for 4 nights and 5 days. It fit 14 to 15 guests comfortably. Fire pit, game room, spacious rooms and plenty of bathrooms. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation rental. Won’t forget this trip! The roads leading to the home gorgeous views! "We spent a week at Pine Hollow with 4 other couples celebrating our 60th birthday year. Plenty of space and privacy for each of us - not only bedrooms and bathrooms, but actual private sitting areas! We found the kitchen to be particularly well stocked with equipment and utensils, and really appreciated the abundance of refrigerators and large garbage/recycle bins. The furniture throughout the home was very comfortable. The deck and yard were perfect for lounging and playing "bags". We especially enjoyed the fabulous game room - what a nice addition to the shared space. Just sorry that we didn't find time to use the hot tub. Had a bit of a glitch getting into the home when we first arrived, but the Yonder folks were very responsive and able to talk us through the idiosyncrasies of the key pad on the front door. With a home this large, the maintenance and upkeep can be daunting. There were a few issues that needed to be addressed, especially for the cost of this particular rental. However, they were not enough to prevent me from recommending the property or staying there again. We truly enjoyed the home and had a fabulous time at Pine Hollow.

"We rented the Pine Hollow house for a New Years Eve trip with 5 families. It has everything you could ever want in a big group house. We spent a lot of time in the garage watching football on the two TVs while playing pool, ping pong, air hockey, and foosball. Made some fires, grilled on the back deck, hit the hot tub, and made some amazing meals. Th kitchen has everything you could imagine. 5 stars! Also, we left a jewelry box there that was promptly shipped back to within a couple of days. Yonder provides great service!

"We recently stayed at Pine Hollow, and it was the perfect mountain retreat! The house is beautifully decorated, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, easily accommodating our group of 12 adults. Its location near Asheville made it super convenient to explore downtown, but the peaceful setting felt like a true getaway. There was so much to do at Pine Hollow—relaxing in the hot tub, enjoying the game room in the garage, and gathering in the cozy common areas. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and it made our stay unforgettable. Perfect For Our Family

"Our family of 20(ages 5 months to 86) stayed at Pine Hollow for a week. It was amazing. We had our breakfasts and dinners on site. There is everything you need: pots and pans of all sizes, crockpot, blender, food processor, toaster, air popper, plus sufficient utensils and dishes. We used the grills for several meals and had s’mores over the fire pit. The kids loved the game room and the yard games. Several tried their luck fishing in the pond. The hot tub was enjoyed, too. Books for every age were on shelves in various areas of the house, and one of the best features was space for us to gather as a group or to find a spot to get away for some quiet time. During the day, we were out and about exploring the beautiful surrounding area. All in all, it was perfect for our family.

"I booked this for a reunion with a group of friends and we had a great time! The property is beautiful with plenty of room apart from the bedrooms to hang out. The garage has all of the games you would want to entertain a large group that would stay there. Beyond that, the management company was extremely responsive to any questions I had leading up to the stay and have reliable vendors to help with things like transportation and grocery delivery, which we took advantage of. Management was also very responsive to requests when we were at the rental. Lastly, the location is amazing and it was always easy to find Ubers to and from town. I would stay at this property, or any other Yonder property if I am ever back in Asheville.

Great Spot For A Group of Knuckleheads

"This little slice of heaven is a better fit for your next getaway than my favorite Jos. A. Bank sport coat. My knucklehead friends and I planned a four day trip to un-wine-d in Asheville and do some sightseeing. We didn’t have too many issues getting rides, but it may take a little longer since there are less drivers in the immediate area. However, if you are driving, it’s an easy 15 min ride to downtown. Great stay!

"The common area accommodated our group of 15 people easily while the ample bedrooms and bathrooms gave smaller groups the privacy we were looking for. The hosts were flexible and responsive and welcomed us with a beautiful gift basket. The 15 minute drive to downtown is super doable - please be advised that ride share isn’t super common in the area, so you may need to rely on vans or private cars for late night downtown activities. We only stayed for the weekend and my one regret was not booking a bit longer to take advantage of all the house has to offer! Thank you for everything and can’t wait to return one day!

"I took a group on a retreat to the Asheville area and rented Pine Hollow from Yonder Luxury Vacation Rentals - and it was perfect!! We had a lovely long weekend in the mountains. The property and house were immaculate and exceeded expectations. The house is beautiful and spacious and very nice. The bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms are very comfortable. There is tons of space to spread out - large gathering area in the great room with a stone fireplace, spacious game room, more hang out space downstairs, and outside, and on the deck. The kitchen is well stocked, large, and easy to prepare meals in. The setting is inspiring - both the beautiful timber frame house, and the yard and property. They've thought of everything - towels for the hot tub, dry firewood, adirondack chairs around the fire, and by the pond. The Yonder staff were helpful and responsive. We had everything we needed upon arrival and check in and check out were very easy.

Bigger Than Expected!

"We stayed at the Yonder property Pine Hollow in October 2022. We had a group of 8 guys and we each had a comfortable bedroom. The house is stunning and spectacular from the drive up from the road. The kitchen is very well equipped with gas cooktop and double ovens. The first level living room is very comfortable and the stone fireplace is great. You can sync your phone SONOS with the house SONOS and play your own tunes inside and out !!! The basement level has two great bedrooms with a nice basement additional kitchen. The upstairs has plenty of bathrooms and a huge bunk bed room with a nice sectional TV setup. The outside hot tub is a great feature !!! The back lawn is large enough to throw around a football and also play the included cornhole games. There are TWO fire pits on the property; one near the house and one down by the property's pond / swimming hole !!! Oh.....I almost forgot to mention the awesome game room with ping pong, pool, foosball and air hockey !!!! If 6 stars were available to give that would be my rating !!!! You can't go wrong with Pine Hollow in Fairview, NC. Also excellent BBQ "Smoky and the Pig" less than a mile from the property !!!!!

"Awesome location. Totally wonderful vacation home for large groups with space for everyone to relax and entertainment in the game room! Heated floors in the fabulous bathrooms and great private spaces for people with plenty of sitting rooms. Glorious half covered porch with fantastic morning views of the mountains. We had plenty of parking and only 15 ish min to downtown Asheville! Fully stocked kitchen with every opportunity to cook fantastic meals and Doordash delivers from a ton of local places. Really comfortable beds and luxury linens. Will keep this one on the short list for large group trips.

The location was great - remote enough to enjoy a quite stay with beautiful scenery yet close enough to hail a taxi or uber to downtown to experience the city. Large and Full of Entertainment in Asheville!

"The home is stunning! It is specially equipped and ready for large parties, but our family of five enjoyed it just the same. The property is gorgeous with a koi pond, large mowed yard, fire pit, and hot tub as well as access to a community swimming pond just beyond the property’s tree line. The house is incredibly spacious with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen (two actually!) ready for large meals. The kids LOVED the garage game room that includes air hockey, pool, ping pong, foosball and darts. We appreciated that the home is a short drive into downtown Asheville and to the Biltmore Estate.

"The houses location allowed us to not only see scenic aspects of North Carolina, but also enjoy the city life that was a short drive away. When we were at the house, there was plenty of space for our 10 person family and we enjoyed things like playing foosball, the outdoor fire pit, and living areas large enough for game nights. Huge kitchen for cooking with plenty of appliances/cookware. Our kids especially loved the game room in the garage. Also impressed with all the amenities like extra soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Smooth process from planning to check in to a wonderful week outside of Asheville. Loved the feel of being isolated in the mountains but a quick 10-15 minute drive into Asheville.
