Location: Private timber frame home located in a small mountain community, The Falls at Edenderry, 12 minutes south-east of downtown Asheville, 25 minutes to Asheville Regional airport, 20 minutes to the gates of Biltmore Estate.

What You Can Expect: Mountain Haven is where everyone will want to gather to enjoy their time together after being out & about in Asheville and the surrounding area. Kids love exploring the over 25 acres of nature surrounding the home. The expansive, partially covered, deck is just off the great room. Pull up a chair and take in the view, observe the night as it fills with stars, and watch the fire flies come out to play in your backyard. Or, meander down to the pond, beach and large fire pit to toast some s'mores and share stories, and have tons of fun.

There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out, with 3 stories of living space, and various rooms and outdoor spaces to relax and leave your stress behind. There are 2 levels of decks/patios, an outdoor waterfall & koi pond, and a small fire pit near the koi pond and hot tub.

"Mountain Haven was everything they said it was and more. The property was beautiful, easily accommodating our group of 12. It was an easy drive to downtown Asheville, but our the house was so wonderful, we ended up spending most of our free time at our rental. The kitchen had everything we need to cook some amazing meals, only to be surpassed by the large dining table on the porch which comfortably sat all of us. We hope to stay there again next year!!

"Mountain Haven was a perfect home for our family gathering of 12. The house was well stocked. We discovered there was an additional refrigerator on the lower level which was very helpful for hosting a large group. We did have an issue our first day with the water pressure so contacted the property management company who came out right away and took care of the issue. I would rent this home again if we return to the Asheville area.

"Our stay at Mountain Haven was perfect for our multi-generational group. The only downside to our stay was that it was TOO SHORT! The Yonder Team made sure that our stay met and exceeded our expectations. The home was so comfortable, clean, perfectly accessorized, and a wonderful place to relax throughout the weekend. I loved the outdoor space, for both some quiet time but also for gathering with friends. THANK YOU YONDER!!! This is my 4th stay at a Yonder property and definitely will not be my last.

"This home was absolutely amazing! We had a group of 12 traveling for a tennis weekend and it comfortably accommodated all of us. It was a quick, easy drive to downtown Asheville, but we loved the house and its amenities so much (fully stocked kitchen, outdoor living area, and hot tub), we only left the property to play tennis. We will definitely be going back!!

"We fit 16 very comfortably and had everything we needed the entire weekend. It was also super clean and was stocked with games and amenities in case we just wanted to stay in and hang out by the fire pit! Yonder is also super responsive and accommodating. "This luxurious cabin in the woods was a perfect retreat for our large group. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with easy access to Asheville I'd recommend a stay here. The house offers multiple areas for relaxing and reading, as well as game room that was a great addition to our trip. Uber's are harder to request from this location, but an overall great experience.

"This house is located in the mountains of North Carolina, and within close proximity of Asheville. Easy 20 minutes into town or the Biltmore. Great location if you want to be in the mountains and have access to the city. The house is nice and roomy; well laid out for a group gathering. It has a great balcony and views. The main level and upper level bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. The kitchen is well equipped, and the laundry room has a commercial washer and dryer. The community playground and large fire pit are across the street were a bonus.

"This was such a great house for a girls weekend getaway! The location was convenient for getting to downtown Asheville breweries, restaurants, etc. but far away enough to feel unplugged. We spent a lot of time in the living room/kitchen area- it was a plus that they were open to each other. Highly recommend for a large group weekend getaway!

"The house was great for our family - 3 generations under one roof! Kitchen and dining room table was large enough to accommodate 10 of us. The game room and hot tub were great. Didn't use the firepit b/c it rained. Location was convenient to Asheville, an easy 15 min drive. Easy to miss the driveway on the way in or in the dark. Might be easier to just tell future guests it is the 1st driveway on the right. Overall very happy with the house and the family loved it!

"We traveled for a 3 family, multigenerational reunion of 12. There were wonderful suggestions for activities and lots of things to do at the house itself. There were plenty of kitchen cooking implements and even a large supply of small appliances. We cooked all our meals over the course of a week and never needed any cooking tool not provided. With 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms, and two bedrooms and an additional bathroom downstairs, there was plenty of room for everyone. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful week.

"I stayed at Mountain Haven with a group of friends for a low-key mountain weekend and the property definitely exceeded our expectations! The house was perfect with plenty of room for 14 adults. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub and the large kitchen was definitely helpful for cooking all of our meals at home. The close proximity (15 mins) to downtown Asheville and Asheville airport (25 mins) was super convenient and we went to a super cute brewery that was less than five minutes away. The check in process was very easy and they even let us check in early. I would definitely recommend this property and can't wait to come again.
