Check out Our Mountain Retreat! This unique property, with peek-a-boo mountain views, and a picturesque sunset you won’t want to miss, is the perfect spot for your large group! Located just minutes away from Biltmore Park Town Square and South Asheville shops, restaurants, and Lake Julian. 15 minutes to the airport!

The main house features a stunning mid-century renovation with beautiful hardwood floors, contemporary electric fireplace, rustic wood beam accents and large paned windows. The cook in the group will be in heaven in the kitchen, with custom cabinetry, granite counter tops and deep farm sink. The guest house features a comfortable open living and kitchen concept with high ceilings. Step out onto your covered front porch to take in the mountain air.

Offering 6 perfectly decorated bedrooms between the main house (4 bedrooms) and guest house (2 bedrooms), provides everyone will have plenty of privacy and comfortable space to relax.

Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail from the expansive deck. Take a relaxing dip in the hot tub after a day of exploring or gather around the fire pit where you will create memories to last a lifetime.

Events: Our Mountain Retreat welcomes small events and weddings to be held on the property. Event fees apply to weddings, corporate retreats, and other gatherings including non-renters. Please inquire and discuss with the Yonder Guest Experience Team for rates and further information.

Quiet Policy: Please note that the property is located in a quiet community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party. Please ask the Guest Experience Team for more details.

"8 guys playing golf & eating good food for the weekend. Everything was great. Only 1 issue the entire stay -- ice machine in refrigerator of main house didn't function. We didn't call on it b/c we were just too busy enjoying ourselves.

"This house was great! It was clean upon arrival with modern furnishings, true to the listing. The hot tub was serviced right when we checked in so we know that was clean and running well. Plenty of room to hang out in the back yard and in the basement. Check in process was seamless.

Great space for a large family

"We had a great stay. Having the guest house available was very helpful. All amenities you could need were available and clean. The location is pretty convenient to stores and not far from downtown. The only challenge we had was figuring out the locks, but a quick google search solved that. Definitely recommend if you need a larger place in the area.

"Our group found the 2 rental houses to be fun and inviting. Both are nicely stocked with linens (nice, big bath towels, makeup cloths, outdoor towels for the hot tub, etc.), very clean and well kept, many appliances and household necessities one would hope for, a fun assortment of board games, and some nice extras. The fire pit and hot tub were both fun additions to our trip. The location is pretty, in a nice neighborhood, and close to stores and restaurants. The interior design enjoyable. Be prepared for a steep driveway incline, stairs, and don’t choose the basement bedroom unless you like sinking into a giant squishmallow (personal preference), otherwise choose one of the many other bed/bedroom options. Overall, a great stay! A good value and would definitely recommend to others.

"Where do I start with this rental property. I am usually not one to leave reviews on houses but this property left my family and I very satisfied. "We stayed at "Our Mountain Retreat" when we visited North Carolina with some friends. This place was AMAZING! It had more than enough space for all of us, a fantastic hot tub, and everything was CLEAN. The property was beautiful and the location was perfect because we wanted to explore downtown Hendersonville as well as Asheville and they were both very close. Let me know. We will definitely be staying here every time we come back to visit.

"We had a lovely stay at Our Mountain Retreat in Arden NC. With 12 of us staying a long weekend, We were spaced out so comfortably, the 2 bedroom cottage added an extra element of privacy . The location to downtown Asheville, shopping, hiking and restaurants was fantastic. We enjoyed our nights barbecuing in the backyard, the hot tub and fire pit were delightful. With such an attention to every detail, we will definitely be visiting this property again soon. It made a wonderful gathering Place .
