Welcome to Timber Ridge Falls! From the moment you walk into Timber Ridge Falls, you will be amazed! This is a spectacular modern timber frame retreat, with high ceilings, vaulted spaces, hardwood floors and all of the high end amenities, including a hot tub, will have you feeling right at home. Conveniently located in a small community, The Falls at Edenderry, just 10-15 minutes to The Biltmore Estate and downtown Asheville!

The great room exudes warmth and attention to detail, with the large 2 story stone gas fireplace, a gourmet kitchen with space for everyone to gather while creating your culinary delights. Step out onto the deck and enjoy the mountain scenery, while creating memories.

We Didn’t Want To Leave!!

"We stayed with a group of friends at Timber Ridge Falls for a wedding weekend and it was beyond fabulous. The house and wooded setting are gorgeous with a multitude of great spots to just hang out inside and out. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a large group. Truly!! There were more than enough plates, glasses, silverware, etc. It was impressive!! The bedding was lovely and there were plenty of towels for everyone. There were games, a card table, pool table, pinball machines…. Something fun for everyone! I really can’t say enough good things about it. Another cool feature of the area is that there are 3 other rentals on the mountain within walking distance, so you could host a fantastic family reunion or other gathering for many couples/families and all be in the same area. It’s an easy picturesque drive into Asheville but you really don’t even need to leave the house to have a great time!! I highly recommend staying here. We didn’t want to leave!!

"This is a beautiful home with great spaces to gather inside and out whether it was for casual conversation in the main living area, swapping stories and laughs on the gorgeous deck, some friendly competition in the game room, or relaxing in the hot tub by the fire! Highly recommended!

"We had an amazing time at Timber Ridge Falls for our joint bachelor/bachelorette! The house was absolutely beautiful with indoor and outdoor fireplaces, a waterfall, and a hot tub. We had a blast playing old school video games and pool in the game room. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals! The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and gorgeous. The best part is that the house has stunning views and feels very secluded, but is only a 15 minute drive or Uber ride into Downtown Asheville. We would absolutely stay there again!

"We had such an incredible time at Timber Ridge Falls! It is an absolutely beautiful house. We loved hanging out in front of the fire in the spacious living room and had a blast playing video games and pool in the game room. We were there for our joint bachelor/bachelorette party and there couldn't have been a better place to celebrate with all of our friends. There were 9 of us so we didn't even come close to filling up all of the bedrooms, but everyone definitely appreciated the extra space and having their own bathroom! We grilled out the first night and found everything we needed in the kitchen. It had beautiful views and felt very secluded, even though it's a very easy 15 minute drive or Uber ride into downtown Asheville. We loved the outside fireplace, beautiful waterfall, and cozy hot tub (though we wish it could be turned up a bit hotter). I highly recommend this house and would absolutely stay there again!

"We rented this place for a celebratory friends' weekend and had an amazing time! I have stayed at some nice rental properties in the Nc mountains and this place puts them all to shame! It was well stocked in every way, very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. There were luxurious touches everywhere-- from the beautiful decor to noise machines in every room to matching designer plates in the kitchen. The living room is gorgeous, and we loved that there were many places in the rental to congregate and spread out. The huge dining room was a big bonus as well as it's so spacious and fits so many people easily. Yonder was wonderful to work with and everything about this rental experience went smoothly.

Very Nice. Not Perfect, But Close.

"I'd give it a 4.5 if I could. Really cool house, if a bit oddly structured. Nice rooms and plenty of bathrooms. Nice amenities. Is a plus to have the basement with a living area and the game room. We had a large family gathering and there was plenty of space for everyone. Pros: Separate spaces for everyone, lots of beds and bathrooms, game room, plenty of table space for big groups to eat. Mehs: Kitchen is not very big for such a big house, hardly any cleaning tools available (we did eventually find a vacuum, but no broom), only one thermostat for the whole house (other than the game room, which has its own unit), no yard space. Cons: Lack of sound proofing (e.g. master bedroom is above the kitchen/dining and you can hear everything), check-out is 10:00 AM and they are inflexible about that.

Close To Downtown

"Excellent place to stay. Our party of ~28 also rented two other properties from Yonder (Timber Ridge Falls and Winter Haven) for the same long weekend. All three properties exceeded our expectations. Great location close to downtown Asheville as well as easy access to a great hike (Strawberry Gap). The properties were very well maintained, clean and comfortable. For example the billiards tables and equipment were in the best shape I've every seen in a rental. We did not need to contact the property manager for any issues, but they communicated with us well via email before, during and after our stay. They definitely earned a 5 star rating.
