Welcome to Minette’s Downtown Condo! This historic home is the perfect location for those who want to explore the area. You are just steps away from the dining and shopping of charming downtown Hendersonville and a short drive to area attractions like Carl Sandberg’s home, hiking trails, and apple orchards and 30 minutes to lively downtown Asheville.

This warm and welcoming home is full of architectural details including original hardwood floors, doors and transom windows. The living room with porch access and gas fireplace is the perfect place to spend time with friends and family. Enjoy cooking in the open and bright kitchen with brand new appliances and dining in the breakfast nook.

You will be able to rest and relax in the beautifully decorated bedrooms. The primary bedroom has direct access to the deck and a private ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower and the second guest room has direct bathroom access also with large walk in shower.

Great Location

"Minette's is a great location for enjoying downtown Hendersonville and the surrounding area. We enjoyed early evening strolls down Main where we popped into shops and ate at several good restaurants. The condo kitchen had everything we needed to make meals there as well. Overall Minette's is a clean comfortable space. We will definitely be back.

"The bed was super comfy, the living room was cozy and the gas fireplace was super lovely. A few minor items - the heat was on 60 degrees when we arrived and there was fine dust on most surfaces - it was clean but seemed it had not been cleaned super recently. The “shampoo” provided is actually a body wash/shampoo combo. We had just been pampered with really nice toiletries at a different Airbnb so we’re probably spoiled, but this was a little disappointing. Overall, it was great and the place is ENORMOUS! Parking is convenient and it is a short and easy one block walk to all the fun of downtown.

"This was one of the best places I’ve stayed in, and I’ve been in a lot! This condo was spotless, and the furnishings and linens were top notch. The kitchen was very well appointed (although we did not cook). The whole place is very spacious. We loved having 2 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms for our group of 4. This was a multigenerational family girls trip, and my 13 year old slept on the pull out sofa. It seemed like a high-quality mattress. The location was great - short walk to Main Street and all of the shops and restaurants. Parking was convenient to get in and out of. We would definitely stay here again!

"This condo was absolutely perfect. It had all the necessities and more. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensil essentials. Lovely living room area with Roku tv so we could watch all of our streaming apps. The beds are very comfortable. Ample closet and drawer space. The building is walking distance to downtown Hendersonville where you will find plenty of dining and shopping options.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

"We had a wonderful weekend getaway in downtown Hendersonville. This property was perfect for walking to downtown without having to listen to the bar music during the night! This is a beautiful condo that makes you feel at home. Yonder was very helpful and provided excellent instructions for check in / check out as well as information for area attractions. Our only issue during this stay was parking. Parking is limited at this condo and during our stay there was an event in downtown which we knew of before hand (Halloween Treat Street). Unfortunately, the parking lot was completely full with cars who parked in the reserved spaces. This was a brief issue which resolved itself after the event and everything was great from there. While we did not use it, there is a parking deck across the street from this condo which could be an alternative. We would highly recommend this property and will likely stay here again!

Great Condo

"The condo was great, in a great location, walkable to downtown for restaurants and shops. Finding the key, and getting into the condo upon check-in was tricky but Yonder communicated quickly to help. The part I really dislike is this is the first ever rental where you have to check out by 10 am. Most places are at least 11 am or noon. So didn't like that we had to rush to be out after paying that much for the rental.

"This condo was a perfect location for an easy walk to the downtown Hendersonville area. The condo was very clean, well furnished, and the kitchen was fully stocked to meet all our needs. The Place Was Perfect!

"My family stayed at Minette's Downtown Condo for a 4-day weekend in November. We were two adults and two teens. Short version: the place was perfect. Longer version: communication was great and access to the unit for our late arrival was seamless. The condition of the condo was absolutely perfect. So nice that, we're it not for a guest book that showed earlier visitors, I would have guessed we were the first to stay there after a remodel. The location was fantastic, an easy walk to everything downtown. The condo was on a busy road, but with the windows closed (it was Nov), you would not have known that. I'm looking forward to a return visit!

"Minnete's Downtown Condo is a beautiful condo in a great location. Lovely historic building within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The building's tenants that we met were friendly and helpful. It's a historic building with hardwood floors so yes, you can hear people in the lobby and walking in the unit above. But it wasn't bad. Even being downtown on a busy city street wasn't a problem. The landscaping helped buffer the traffic sounds. All was quiet when sleeping. The beds were luxurious, the shower spacious with great water pressure, the kitchen was well outfitted for cooking and the decor was very nice, just as shown in the listing. The best compliment I have is to say I would gladly live in this condo!

The only thing I would change would be to add lighting to the side walk from the parking lot to the condo. We arrived one evening at dark and could not see our way back to the condo. It is in an older, apartment building so the sound transmission (streets and other tenants) took some getting used to, but its walking distance to lots of stores and restaurants and stores and the parking situation is great.

Very Clean

"This condo was spotless. We've stayed in quite a few rentals and this one was by far the cleanest. Perfect location to walk to shops and restaurants. Had one small issue with the lockbox but someone got in touch with me right away. Rooms were spacious and well-appointed. Showers were huge and the water pressure was great! Lots of counterspace in the bathrooms as well. Loved the fireplace too. Parking spot provided so you don't have to search for parking. Only one small issue with the upstairs neighbors being heavy-footed. If you're a light sleeper, consider bringing earplugs. Neighbors were walking around well into the night and had trouble sleeping because of that. No Keurig, might consider one of those, but ground coffee provided for the coffee pot, and a Nespresso machine.

Spotlessly Clean

"Wonderful condo very near Hendersonville's historic business district; all within easy walking distance. Unit was spotlessly clean, interior design top-notch, and the kitchen was amazing with high-end appliances and all the utensil you need for preparing meals. Could find no-fault with the property. There was a very minor problem with check-in. Had to call Yonder direct to straighten it out. They were very responsive and were able to send me instructions via my personal email and was able to get inside the condo with minimal hassle. If I return to Hendersonville again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here!

"We very much enjoyed our girlfriend getaway at Minette’s downtown condo in Hendersonville. Great accommodations and location. We walked to dinner nightly, shopped daily and it was less than ten minutes to the Carl Sandburg home and the DuPont first for a waterfall hike. I will definitely use Yonder again the next time we are looking for an out of town getaway. They sent easy to use instructions for every aspect of our trip and we’re always available. I highly recommend this company!!!

Really Nice Place

"Really nice place, well decorated and stocked. Great location, close to Main street and convenient to all restaurants and attractions. We truly enjoyed our stay and have no complaints. Easy to find and feels safe to walk around. They were very helpful and accommodating with us to checking out a little late, which was nice and appreciated. The parking lot is shared with a Church, so if it is mass time, even if the spaces are marked, be prepared to find a temporary space, be patient, is not a big deal. If you are a light sleeper, consider bringing earplugs (you can hear the noise from the upstairs apartment, they are not super disruptive but you can hear them walking and getting up at night).

"Lots of room that is well appointed, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you could want or need to make food and have meals and snacks. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large and very functional. The condo is walkable to all of downtown Hendersonville which has plenty of restaurants and bars and shops. The location is also easily accessible to the rest of town. Highly recommend!

"My wife and I were pleasantly surprised. This rental was top notch & clean! Kitchen really well stocked with everything we needed, down to coffee (2 pots worth) and coffee filters provided. Pots, pans, utensils, etc - all looked brand new and CLEAN! (Sorry, I can't stress 'clean' enough, as we have stayed in places with disappointing/dirty cookware). Mattress was comfortable and much appreciated. It all felt very upscale; from the bath towels to the dinnerware. Very thoughtful owner and it shows. We loved the style of furniture and interior. The short walk (one block) to Main Street of Hendersonville was a great convenience; my wife could continue browsing all the great shops while I walked back to the condo to relax. I would definitely recommend and will be back to stay again.

Very Spacious

"Location was convenient, place impeccably clean. Expected "charm" of historical building (meaning smaller, etc.) - instead this is a very spacious place, easily shareable with another couple or as a family, with modern conveniences. Great to relax by fireplace after hiking during the days, restaurants downtown were yummy too. Would definitely recommend!

"One of the cleanest and well stocked rentals we have ever stayed, and we have stayed at a lot of rentals. Especially the kitchen, I didn’t need to bring anything—everything you would need was there. We always worry about the beds if they’re just cheap mattresses; well these were wonderful. Will definitely rent this property again.

"i CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS PROPERTY! This apartment condo is full of charm and the comforts of home. The historic features remain intact while the modern amenities are abundant. The location is perfect for all the activities the area has to offer. I highly recommend Posteros reataurant for a wonderful meal, the lovely shops in downtown Hendersonville, the Carl Sandburg home, along with High Falls and all the hikes that Dupont State Park has to offer and so much more.
