Wildwood Flower! Welcome to this newly constructed, (2022) modern and luxurious destination! One of ten beautifully constructed villas located in the enclave of The Fold at Reynolds Mountain, this is the perfect place for your special trip to Asheville. A short walk to shopping, dining, gym, etc! And just 10 short minutes to downtown! You will experience the vibe that is Asheville, while being able to return from a day of enjoying all the local attractions to this oasis.

The home features new and upscale furnishings throughout. The open layout is perfect for gathering and connecting with your family and friends. The living room boasts a gas fireplace with a large-screen Smart TV and comfy seating. The cook of the group will enjoy the kitchen which is chef-friendly, has high end appliances and equipped with everything you need.

You will enjoy a comfortable sleeping experience in any of the 4 guest rooms with all new mattresses. Wifi throughout and Smart TV's are in each room. The private back porch is a welcoming place to enjoy the fresh air and don't forget about the hot tub! Quiet Policy: Please note that the home is located in a very quiet community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: This home and property are dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130, and there can be a maximum of 2 dogs per booking party.

"Wildwood Flower - The property was fabulous. Spacious, furnished beautifully, and every bedroom was en-suite with large closets and very comfortable beds. "Everything was excellent. The house was spacious and clean. The house was well stocked with amenities, with two types of coffee in the kitchen. "Traveling with a large group and a baby can be difficult but this rental made our stay that much better. Everything was extremely clean while spacious - having multiple large bedrooms with bathrooms is a game changer. "This place was the best vacation rental I have stayed at so far. It truly felt like a home away from home. For starters, the home was very clean, spacious, and well designed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There were so many little touches to this home that made it feel comfortable. The beds were heaven!! So comfortable! We also enjoyed the hot tub and the gas fireplace. This place is within 10 min of downtown. I loved this place. I will definitely be back here.

"A great vacation rental in a great location about 10 minutes from downtown. The place is designed for comfortable living for large groups - the living room/kitchen provides many seats and every room is spacious and has it’s own bathroom. "The stay was amazing!! Enough space for everyone, private deck and jacuzzi actually was clean and worked! Parking was no problem and there were extra spaces in the back! The internet wasn’t great but being in the mountains that’s completely understandable. It was good enough for tv and movies and that’s all we needed. We have to come back to Asheville 4 times between now and November so hopefully it’s not booked 🤞

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Wildwood Flower townhouse property in Asheville, NC. The unit is brand new and totally stocked with everything a family would need to feel at home. The location is very convenient to downtown Asheville as well as to state parks, the Blue Ridge Parkway, breweries, and the Biltmore Estate. Located at the base of Reynolds Mountain, it was fun to take a morning walk up the surrounding scenic mountain. I would highly recommend this property.

"My wife and I recently joined my sister and her husband in this extremely spacious townhome that had all the comforts of home. It was generously supplied with towels, utensils, dishes and everything else we needed to make this a 5 star choice for a week in Asheville/North Carolina mountains. It was just a short ride to downtown Asheville and all of its great restaurants and of course the famed Biltmore estate. We were close to the Blue Ridge Parkway with access to great hiking trails. The televisions and internet in the townhouse were top quality. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub which was particularly soothing after long days hiking. While close to the action in Asheville, the townhouse is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a friendly pub and close to grocery shopping. Yonder was very accessible when we called with questions. We are looking forward to booking our next trip at the wildwood flower.
