There are two twin rollaway beds in the hall closet on the third floor. Linens are provided for the two rollaway beds. They are stored inside one of the bedroom closets in a drawer.

Awesome Stay

"This was our family’s 2nd year renting this particular home for our annual vacation! It has been the perfect rental for our large family! We have 6 couples and 7 children (ages 16-10months) and it is so hard to find a nice home that can comfortably accommodate all of us at once!! This one checks all the boxes and we highly recommend, especially for large family trips! Also, a huge bonus in my opinion, the property hosts had no problem with us bringing our Great Dane as one of the 2 dogs allowed! We did reach prior to renting to confirm that it was ok! Most vacation rentals we had previously researched had a 50lb. weight limit for any pets. So we were thrilled to be able to bring her along!! We had an awesome stay for the second year in a row and will definitely consider this home first for all our future trips to Hendersonville!

"Property was great, well maintained. The host was very assessable if needed and management company very responsive. Great property for a large family or a family reunion. Everything we needed was in the home, ironing board/iron- drip coffee pot, and kureg, pots, pans, dishes- everything. Plenty of linens and towels. Maybe bring an extra roll paper towels if have children, but this was a great home and a great time.

"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. There’s so much space, and truly something for everyone — a poker room, game room, TV room, and plenty of gathering areas. The kitchen was amazingly well equipped, which made cooking for our whole group easy. There was lots to do the entire time. This is a wonderful place for families and reunions. We highly recommend it and hope to be back again!

"Host was responsive and prompt. Easy to work with. The home has a lot of character and charm, great place to host a large family gathering. The kitchen was well stocked and the nice backyard was great with dogs (unfenced). Plenty of parking. It was cold weather during our stay, yet the house was warm and inviting. Highly recommend this host and property if you are in the area.

Perfect Victorian Setting

"We had a family group of 10. We fixed a 4-course meal using the Downton Abbey cookbook, and found the kitchen to be wonderful for all the gourmet dishes we had to prepare. The dining room was more than adequate for our group. Afterwards we had a "Victorian Murder Mystery", in period costume, and the house was a perfect setting for it. We were just minutes away from the Apple Festival, which was going on while we were there, and we found some nice restaurants nearby.

"We are so appreciative of the staff at Yonder who responded so quickly and with such a focus on customer service. We are equally appreciative of the hosts who were responsive to and could accommodate our requests. Casa Carolina provided enough space for 5 children under 9 years old and 12 adults. Plenty of room to gather all of us together for meals and games with smaller rooms for more quiet time together away from the crowd. The home had such good character reminiscent of its history. The kitchen was so well stocked with all of the essentials to prepare home cooked meals. Many thanks.

"Beautiful home to celebrate a family members 80th birthday! Great setup for young and old, and also for our dog! Lovely neighborhood and just a 10 minute drive from Jump Off Rock for a beautiful view of the mountains in the morning with the fog burning off, and a spectacular sunset! Also just 30 mins away from many hikes to waterfalls and white water kayaking! Great place to stay with great amenities!!
