Come experience Asheville and stay at this brand new constructed (2022) property, Way Downtown! One of ten beautifully constructed villas located in the enclave of The Fold at Reynolds Mountain, this 3 level house was inspired from the Appalachian folk song that is popular in the area. Located in the Reynolds Mountain community, you're a short walk to the dining and shopping and you're just 10 minutes to downtown Asheville and close to the many shops, galleries and restaurants!

You are greeted with the charm and warmth as soon as you walk in. Along with all of the modern amenities, you will enjoy an open floor plan with living space featuring a gas fireplace and large smart tv. The kitchen provides high end appliances and everything you need to make your favorite recipes. The back porch is a great place to take in the mountain air and you have your own private hot tub!

The guest rooms are located on the second and third level, each has their own bathroom for privacy and smart tv for everyone's enjoyment. Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.

"This cul de sac of houses was perfect for family and friends from all over the US to come and gather and share in a special moment. The communication was great with the Yonder team. The houses were super clean, and had all the amenities you may need. Perfect weekend.

Great Stay at Way Downtown

"This property was great!!! So clean and had all the amenities! About a 10 minute drive to downtown Asheville. The village of Reynolds mountain was just a couple minute walk down the hill. It had a coffee spot in the lighting store, which was random, a very good restaurant/bar called The Village Porch, food was very good, but that was it. It was a really nice looking area, but must be new, because all the store fronts were still leasing. All in all, I would highly, highly recommend this house, area, and Yonder for your next stay in Asheville!!

"My husband and I brought our kids and their spouses to Asheville for a long weekend. This condo fit our needs perfectly. Every couple had their own king size bed and bath. The bonus of laundry, hot tub, soaps, coffee etc was great as we didn’t have to run right to the store Beds were very comfortable and instant hot water was perfect for everyone trying to take showers. Definitely would stay here again. Loved Asheville and the proximity of this condo to everything from The Biltmore, downtown and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Lovely Home

"Home was extremely clean. Fireplace in living room and hot tub on porch are lovely touches. Two bedrooms are on the second floor and two bedrooms are on the third floor, so keep this in mind if traveling with those who have difficulty climbing stairs. It appears that the two king mattresses are on the firm side and the two queen mattresses are on the softer side, which is helpful to accommodate different mattress preferences.

"Way Downtown as a perfect place for our girls’ weekend! We had everything we needed and the townhome was spotless! Only about a 10-15 minute drive from fabulous restaurants downtown. Management was super responsive when I had a question and we would absolutely stay here again!!

"The location is cute, quaint and tucked up on a hill. There are some restaurants walkable, but the hours are odd. The B&B is approximately 10 minutes from downtown Asheville, which is a plus. The space is absolutely spotless clean and gorgeous! There are ALOT of stairs, but I didn’t mind it because you can be active downstairs without disturbing anybody who is sleeping. The hot tub is a perfect temperature and is very relaxing. The TV in the living room had Netflix/etc available but none of the TVs in the bedrooms did.

"We visited Way Downtown in Asheville for a girls weekend, and we had a great time! The house was very clean, and each of the four bedrooms had a separate private bath. Only a 10-15 minute Uber ride had us downtown, and the airport and Sierra Nevada were closer to 20-25 minutes away.

"Showed just like the pictures online! The bedrooms/bathrooms were beautiful. Kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessities. We liked the big kitchen table, however prefer more chairs as opposed to the long bench (due to no back support because we played board games for a long period of time). Loved that there was no carpet but enough rugs to make it feel warm. We didn’t mind the two flights of stairs however they might not be for everyone. Response time was great from host/Yonder. We requested an early check-in and at first was denied (because of cleaning time needed) however upon our early arrival, we requested it again (after seeing cleaning crew leave) and they honored our request! If you’re looking for a great place to stay, look no further! Really, this is a great place.

Amazing Time!

"We had an amazing time staying at Yonder’s property. Everything was so clean and well organized. I loved that there was a drawer with ziplock baggies and aluminum foil, as that is something I always forget when I’m staying somewhere and we cook in part of the time. The hot tub was nice and clean. I do wish there had been extra towels instead of having to use shower towels and then wash them so that we had enough to shower with. A few things to make note of, the king size beds are extra firm. If that’s not good for your back (which it wasn’t great for mine) you may just want to take that into consideration. You should know that there are LOTS of stairs. Especially if you’re on the 3rd floor!! Overall, we had a great stay and have already talked about coming back again and staying here.

"Way Downtown is a beautiful new home in a very convenient location. Communication with management company (Yonder) was exceptional with quick responses and details. The kitchen and bathrooms were all fully equipped with everything we needed for a 3-night stay. The hot tub is a great way to end a day exploring the area. We look forward to going back.

"Clean, neat, and a perfect set-up for four couples as each bedroom had a private bathroom. The Asheville area has lots to do and this property is located less than 15 minutes from everything we did. Nice sports bar a three-minute stroll down the street. We went axe throwing at Axeville Axe Throwing and had a blast - no injuries!

"This rental was perfect in every way for our family of 7 and an infant. The house itself was so beautifully decorated and still had that “new home” smell. We especially loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, that was a major bonus for us — so was the hot tub. The house is in a safe and cute neighborhood with shops and restaurants within walking distance. It was also located within 15 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go. The Yonder team were quick in their response time, always available for any questions or needs, and also accommodated a late check out for us which was so very appreciated. We cannot recommend this spot or Yonder enough and will definitely book again for future visits!

"A great house near Asheville. Supermarket and restaurants are super close. This house was literally brand new. I think we may have been the first guests. The house was very well equipped. A great spot for a family. The hot tub is a nice touch.

"Wow! Way Downtown exceeded our expectations in every way. Each room is so comfy and clean and we loved that everyone has their OWN bathroom! The open and spacious dining/living area made our gatherings easy and we felt right at home. We even got our Dad (in his 70's) in the hot tub and he loved it! Every detail was wonderful and enjoyed how each room had its own "theme". So close to Asheville but so private and quiet when we got back to the condo. We will definitely book again and again!
