The shared access road must remain clear at all times
Starter firewood may be available, but guests should plan to purchase additional firewood as needed. Firewood is available at nearby grocery stores and gas stations
Exterior security cameras monitor the entry doors. No cameras are located inside the home

Standard vehicles have successfully accessed the property during dry conditions
Heavily loaded or lower-powered vehicles may have more difficulty

Parties and disruptive behavior aren’t permitted, and we kindly ask that you be mindful of neighbors and quiet hours starting at 10 pm.

Extended Stays Reservations of 30 days or more are subject to review; stays exceeding 90 days require an additional agreement. A security deposit, mid-stay cleaning fees, and trash pick-up fees may apply depending on the length of stay.

"Communication with Views and Brews host was very good. House clean with special amenities. Fun game room. Outstanding view. Bathroom for every bedroom plus 2 more hall baths. Great kitchen. The steep driveway was eye opening and challenging but we managed. Parking for 5 cars was possible but much maneuvering to go places.

"Views and Brews (20 mins outside of downtown Asheville) was exactly what my group and I were looking for out of an airbnb. The house is beautiful, private, spacious and clean. The hot tub and sauna were very nice and relaxing. The views from the porch were amazing. Yonder was also great. Very informative, proactive, and responsive. Would certainly stay at this house or another property managed by them again.

Can’t beat the views!

"You bring the brews and this home provides THE VIEWS!! (Although there were some local beers in the fridge upon our arrival! WOW!!) We have stayed in many different STR homes in and around the Asheville area over the years. You do have to tackle the driveway to enjoy the view from this home, but it will be 100% worth it! The 3 bedrooms and 2 additional sleeping areas in the lower level accommodated our group very well. Plenty of bathrooms too. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking together as a group. We enjoyed the hot tub on the chilly evenings and mornings as well as the sauna tucked into the beautiful landscape. The house is close to grocery stores, local restaurants and breweries. Our favorite, 12 Bones BBQ and adjacent brewery is just a few minutes away! We will be back to Views and Brews!

Perfect for a girls weekend!

"Comfortably fit a group of 13! Large well stocked kitchen upstairs and a second kitchen down stairs. House was clean, host was responsive, and view (especially at sunset) was so beautiful! I will warn that the house sits on a STEEP hill (I underestimated others reviews), cars and Ubers did fine making it to the house, but would highly recommend no larger vans. Overall great amenities and experience, I would highly recommend!

"We stayed here for our anniversary. Although it was way more space for two people, we knew we had to book it based on the pictures. We saw bears on the property and watched 4th of July fireworks from the deck. We will definitely come back and bring our family next time!

A Beautiful Retreat at “Views & Brews”

"Our recent stay at "Views & Brews" cabin was an absolute delight. Nestled amidst the picturesque mountains and overlooking Asheville, this home provided a perfect and spacious escape for our group of 8 to gather. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views surrounding the property. The house itself was impeccably clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The rustic yet modern decor added to the charm of the space, and the jacuzzi was a bonus. The views from the spacious deck were breathtaking and even cozied up by the wood fireplace one evening. The location of the cabin was also ideal and close enough to enjoy everything Asheville has to offer while far enough to immerse ourselves in the natural beauty of the secluded area. The hosts were equally wonderful and we were thankful for their excellent communication and accommodating us throughout our stay. Overall, I cannot recommend a stay at "Views & Brews" highly enough. "This home and property are absolutely incredible! It has amazing views, yet is close to everything. One of My Best Stays!

"Easily one of my best stays at a vacation rental ever! We had a large group for a relaxing bachelorette weekend and could not have asked for a more perfect space. The views from the deck are a dream and the house has so much room for a large group with a fully stocked kitchen and roomy common areas. Some of the highlights for us were the hot tub on the porch, waking up to views of the mountains, and total privacy. The hosts were also very quick to respond with all my questions and requests. I would definitely recommend this stay to others.

"We had a wonderful time at the cabin! It was steep to get there but we got the hang of it after a couple times - definitely put your car in sport mode! But the view was well worth it. The house itself is in great shape and fit our family perfectly. Tons of room for a big family and plenty of parking. It was super close to town and the Biltmore. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and more. We will definitely be booking again!

"By far the nicest place we have rented in the area that we frequent regularly. Recently renovated with a nice modern feel and a touch of mountain living decor. Incredible view! Beautiful House and View!

"Absolutely gorgeous house! The driveway was very steep so make sure you are prepared, but the view from the balcony and the place itself were incredible. We were within 20 minutes of so much, and we visited the Biltmore estate and a number of breweries in the area, so this place was perfect and perfectly named! Our family definitely hopes to come back again

"The house is great for large and small groups! Plenty of bed space and nice large rooms. The beds and pillows were comfy. The big tub in the master was great! The hot tub can accommodate a lot of people and the deck space was nice to sit on and enjoy the amazing view. 2 washers and driers was nice to have. Lots of great places to eat nearby. Highly recommend visiting the arts district and the Biltmore which were both a fairly short drive away! You should rent this house, you won’t be disappointed!

"The view! Wow! The Asheville area is just awesome to spend time outdoors & hiking, hitting the art district, enjoying outstanding food & breweries (sooo many here). My favorite time was spent touring the incredible Biltmore Estate! All this within 20min of this mountaintop oasis! The house is beautiful, well kept, and well equipped to handle 2-3 families comfortably. We loved staying here & look forward to coming back again!
