Views & Brews has an amazing combination of fabulous views, seclusion in the midst of nature, and proximity to all Asheville has to offer. Views of Lake Julian and Mount Pisgah (and more) are available year-round. Located on 2 acres of land, there are no visible neighbors, and you’re 5 minutes to the grocery store, dining, and more!

When entering the mountain home, you will be greeted with a wall of windows and so much natural light. The great room has a wood burning fireplace with a beautiful stone chimney. With the open floor plan, you flow right into the fully equipped kitchen and dining area where everyone will gather to enjoy your favorite dishes.

The main level great room or lower-level family room provide plenty of space for all to gather or find some privacy with comfortable guest rooms to choose from. You will also have plenty of outdoor space with the large expansive deck or the terrace level patio. Pull up a chair and take in the views and mountain air, or jump in the hot tub to relax after a day of exploring. Oh, and you’ll also love the new outdoor sauna overlooking those same mountains and lake you enjoy from the deck!

- Sleeps in beds: 14 - Max Occupancy: 16

- There are 2 Sleeping spaces in the lower level, 1 King, 1 Queen and 1 Full (Total of 7 beds in the property)

- A sleeper sofa is available in the lower level

- The driveway is steep but 4WD is recommended, specifically during winter months. Driveway renovations, including new entrance, completed late summer 2022.

- There is a shared access road, do not block at the base of the driveway

- Yonder provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests providing their own linens

- Internet Speed: Download - 200Mbps

- Cleaning fee: Yonder openly shares our Cleaning Fees in a manner of full disclosure, as we think this is the most honest and forthright approach with respect to our guests. Our Cleaning Fees are backed by our Clean Guarantee, which reflects the highest level of standards, pristine environments for our guests, and a level of clean that surpasses any other vacation homes; we literally guarantee it!

Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.

Can’t beat the views!

"You bring the brews and this home provides THE VIEWS!! (Although there were some local beers in the fridge upon our arrival! WOW!!) We have stayed in many different STR homes in and around the Asheville area over the years. You do have to tackle the driveway to enjoy the view from this home, but it will be 100% worth it! The 3 bedrooms and 2 additional sleeping areas in the lower level accommodated our group very well. Plenty of bathrooms too. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking together as a group. We enjoyed the hot tub on the chilly evenings and mornings as well as the sauna tucked into the beautiful landscape. The house is close to grocery stores, local restaurants and breweries. Our favorite, 12 Bones BBQ and adjacent brewery is just a few minutes away! We will be back to Views and Brews!

"Comfortably fit a group of 13! Large well stocked kitchen upstairs and a second kitchen down stairs. House was clean, host was responsive, and view (especially at sunset) was so beautiful! I will warn that the house sits on a STEEP hill (I underestimated others reviews), cars and Ubers did fine making it to the house, but would highly recommend no larger vans. Overall great amenities and experience, I would highly recommend!

"We stayed here for our anniversary. Although it was way more space for two people, we knew we had to book it based on the pictures. We saw bears on the property and watched 4th of July fireworks from the deck. We will definitely come back and bring our family next time!

"Our recent stay at "Views & Brews" cabin was an absolute delight. Nestled amidst the picturesque mountains and overlooking Asheville, this home provided a perfect and spacious escape for our group of 8 to gather. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views surrounding the property. The house itself was impeccably clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The rustic yet modern decor added to the charm of the space, and the jacuzzi was a bonus. The views from the spacious deck were breathtaking and even cozied up by the wood fireplace one evening. The location of the cabin was also ideal and close enough to enjoy everything Asheville has to offer while far enough to immerse ourselves in the natural beauty of the secluded area. The hosts were equally wonderful and we were thankful for their excellent communication and accommodating us throughout our stay. Overall, I cannot recommend a stay at "Views & Brews" highly enough. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or an adventure-filled getaway, this home is the perfect choice. Thank you to the hosts for a truly memorable experience. We can't wait to return!

"This home and property are absolutely incredible! It has amazing views, yet is close to everything. Anything you could need is supplied; sheets, towels, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. The house is spacious enough for several families, and everything is comfortable and feels like home. We all enjoyed the hot tub and the breathtaking views!

"Easily one of my best stays at a vacation rental ever! We had a large group for a relaxing bachelorette weekend and could not have asked for a more perfect space. The views from the deck are a dream and the house has so much room for a large group with a fully stocked kitchen and roomy common areas. Some of the highlights for us were the hot tub on the porch, waking up to views of the mountains, and total privacy. The hosts were also very quick to respond with all my questions and requests. I would definitely recommend this stay to others.

"We had a wonderful time at the cabin! It was steep to get there but we got the hang of it after a couple times - definitely put your car in sport mode! But the view was well worth it. The house itself is in great shape and fit our family perfectly. Tons of room for a big family and plenty of parking. It was super close to town and the Biltmore. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and more. We will definitely be booking again!

"Wednesday and Sunday evenings we had amazing sunsets over the mountains. While there we celebrated two birthdays and Thanksgiving. Home easily accommodated the twelve of us and has easy access to all Asheville areas. The entire process of renting and staying was a dream.

"By far the nicest place we have rented in the area that we frequent regularly. Recently renovated with a nice modern feel and a touch of mountain living decor. Incredible view! "Absolutely gorgeous house! The driveway was very steep so make sure you are prepared, but the view from the balcony and the place itself were incredible. We were within 20 minutes of so much, and we visited the Biltmore estate and a number of breweries in the area, so this place was perfect and perfectly named! Our family definitely hopes to come back again

"The house is great for large and small groups! Plenty of bed space and nice large rooms. The beds and pillows were comfy. The big tub in the master was great! The hot tub can accommodate a lot of people and the deck space was nice to sit on and enjoy the amazing view. 2 washers and driers was nice to have. Lots of great places to eat nearby. Highly recommend visiting the arts district and the Biltmore which were both a fairly short drive away! You should rent this house, you won’t be disappointed!

"The view! Wow! The Asheville area is just awesome to spend time outdoors & hiking, hitting the art district, enjoying outstanding food & breweries (sooo many here). My favorite time was spent touring the incredible Biltmore Estate! All this within 20min of this mountaintop oasis! The house is beautiful, well kept, and well equipped to handle 2-3 families comfortably. We loved staying here & look forward to coming back again!
