"We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting the Asheville area. The location was perfect as nothing we wanted to do was more than a few minutes away, which made getting around incredibly easy.One of our favorite features was the river access directly across the street. Our dog absolutely loved it, and it was such a nice bonus to have a pet-friendly spot so close by.We also spent a ton of time relaxing on the deck. It was the perfect place to enjoy our mornings and unwind in the evenings.The house itself was very clean and well maintained. We were especially impressed with how well the air conditioning worked, even with the bedrooms being upstairs. Everyone stayed comfortable throughout our stay.Overall, this was a great home in an excellent location, and we would happily stay here again on a future trip to Asheville.

"So many thoughtful touches in this property—coffee and filters, a bottle of wine and a welcome snack—from the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The host communicated extremely well. The property is really close to Asheville Adventure Tours and a trail along the French Broad River, perfect for outdoor activities! It’s also convenient to the River Arts District, Biltmore and downtown, so everything is just a short Uber ride away! Highly recommend this property!

"This place was great more than enough room for my family of 6. close to local restaurants and parks. Get anywhere in the metro easily. Clean home great neighborhood. Definitely happy to support Asheville's community. Still one of the most beautiful places in America. "Great location for those who want to have easy access to the French Broad and be out of the traffic of downtown. Outside: The hot tub was clean & in good working condition. Garage was spacious and easy to store our outdoors equipment in. The main porch off the living room had a great dining table and gas grill. The porch off the master bedroom had nice seating for 2. Inside: spacious living and dining room. Kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils and great spices. Master bedroom / bathroom were clean with nice linens. Overall great experience. One downside: cleaning fee of $250. This was as much as the nightly fee. A little over the top if you ask me.

"Stayed at Upstream Cottage and it was wonderful! As someone who regularly stays in homes, I was pleasantly surprised at how well stocked they were with basics-- and beyond-- than any place I have stayed at prior. The house fit our family of 6 very well and we loved the hot tub and proximity to the park and all restaurants. There is a small issue with clay run off in the driveway-- it was impossible not to track it in the house but no need for anything less than 5 stars!

Perfect Riverfront Property

"We had a lovely stay at this great house across the street from the French Broad River. There were activities close by if you wanted to raft down the river and we weren’t far from restaurants. There’s a lovely walking path along the river that we took part in. The house was very clean. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked. Our only complaint was the sofas in the living room were very low and soft which made getting out of them a challenge at time.
