The home boasts new and upscale furnishings throughout. The kitchen offers state of the art stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped with all the necessary cookware and appliances needed for creating wonderful meals, all while enjoying each other.The main living room features a gas fireplace with a large-screen Smart TV and comfortable seating. The nearby dining area offers a large dining table, and the chef-friendly kitchen with plenty of prep area, for folks to drink, eat or just hangout together.

Pets: This home is dog friendly. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.

A Suite for Everyone

"Four sisters gathered for a long weekend, and it was great for each of us to have our own bedroom and bathroom. We enjoyed the proximity to Biltmore Estate, downtown Asheville, and the Grove Park Inn. The neighborhood is quiet and also VERY steep and hilly (hard to go walking in the mornings). The kitchen is very nice but not outfitted for "real" cooking. This is great if you want a comfortable place to come back to after long days out and about. It's not necessarily for those who want to spend alot of the time socializing at the house. There were a few minor inconveniences for a place that emphasizes luxury: one hair dryer for 4 bathrooms (!), all-in-one shampoo/soap in the showers, no tissues anywhere etc. Minor examples for sure, but it's the little things that can really make a difference when traveling long distance!

"Our family stayed at the Sunny Side for a recent reunion. The house was comfortable, easy, very good location for us, clean, well appointed with plenty of room for cooking and hanging out between the kitchen, living room and deck. Hot tub was a hit as well. Thinking of renting the place again for a girl's weekend in the Spring.

"Our extended family enjoyed a great stay. It was an added bonus to have seperate bathrooms for every bedroom. Very clean, comfortable and only a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Asheville. I will definitely stay here on future visits.

"We had a wonderful stay at The Sunny Side. The home was very spacious for a girls trip of 7 ladies. Our only suggestion would be to include more hair dryers. There were 4 bathrooms but only 1 hair dryer.

"Our group included three couples and a single all in our 70's. Our main focus was to go to two stock car races in Bristol Speedway, about 80 minutes away. This location was perfect for us for several reasons. First it had four bedrooms and each bedroom had a bathroom. That meant privacy and a place for quiet. Second it was located in a quiet neighborhood in Asheville. Third, it was still in new condition. Fourth, it was comfortably furnished with seating to accommodate all seven of us. Fifth, it was near some commercial outlets which were convenient even for walking to. Sixth, Yonder was very responsive to our questions and their rules made sense and were easy to live by. Seventh, there are lots of neat things top do, restaurants to enjoy and breweries to visit in Asheville and Yonder provided information and links to all of them. We all agreed that if we ever came back to Asheville this place would be first on our list.

"The Sunny Side afforded a spectacular “home away from home” for our team retreat in beautiful Asheville! Our company did a small retreat for five days in Asheville and chose The Sunny Side for its location, amenities, and convenience to downtown. We were absolutely thrilled with our decision! Just an awesome place and the location cannot be beat; so convenient to everything Asheville, and the surrounding area have to offer. We ate out at amazing restaurants every day for dinner, but cooked breakfast in the unit which has a well-stocked kitchen and room for everyone to dine comfortably. The unit is well appointed, the beds are very comfortable, and all enjoyed the hot tub. The Yonder team was outstanding in offering exceptional customer service prior to, and during our stay at The Sunny Side.

"Our children and grandchildren joined us for a wonderful weekend to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday at The Sunny Side in Asheville. The property was lovely, very well furnished and stocked. With four bedrooms and baths plus a large living area, there was plenty of space for us all. The dining table was excellent - large and sturdy, plenty of seating for kids and grown-ups. Super convenient to downtown, highways, shopping, sightseeing. A minor issue with WiFi was solved very quickly. We would happily stay here again!

"Booked a house for a small birthday celebration/unwind—the space was gorgeous, there was ample room for all of us and the beds were heavenly. The upstairs Wi-Fi was nonexistent, but that wasn’t major—had a couple of issues with the heat not working but within an hour of me sending a message the property manager was at the property resolving the issues. I’ll definitely be booking this again in the future, interested in other properties they have!

"We loved our stay. Four couples and plenty of room for everyone to gather together and also have their private space. Bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and comfy. There are a few nice shops and restaurants within walking distance. Downtown Asheville was an easy 10-15 minute drive/Uber.

"The Sunny Side was the perfect choice for a relaxing week-long respite and exploration of beautiful Asheville. The brand-new home is perfectly designed, with four large bedrooms, each with EXTREMELY comfortable king beds (one bedroom has TWO kings) and each with a private full bath. Design is both modern and homey; it has LOTS of natural light, great-looking AND comfortable furnishings, perfect wood flooring, but it looks like someone actually cares about how it looks; personal touches on the walls made it feel like OUR second home. The location is excellent; a hilly area with great views of the Smokey Mountains, a little village a block's walk away, and a 5-minute drive into the culinary, artistic, retail, and musical experiences of Asheville. The jacuzzi on the back porch was a perfect amenity at the end of a long day of exploring, and the management company was helpful with whatever we needed. We would stay at SUNNY SIDE again, in a minute (in fact, we're thinking about booking it again for our next trip!)

"The Sunny Side was a perfect place for our family reunion. The unit with 4 bed rooms and 4 and a half bathrooms was brand new and so comfortable. We loved the hot tub on the balcony, the large dining table and each bedroom had a king bed and one bedroom had 2 king beds!. The location, 10 minutes from downtown Asheville was easy to get to and Traders Joes, Fresh market, Whole Foods, Harris Teeter and Ingles are all convenient. This is a great place to enjoy family and friends.
