- Monthly parking permits begin at approximately $100, but rates are subject to change. Permits follow the calendar month, so the price may decrease when purchased later in the month

Mid to Long-Term Stay Requirements This property requires a minimum stay of 30+ consecutive nights.
All reservations are subject to the following requirements:

If stay is 90+ nights, a separate long-term rental agreement must be reviewed and signed before the reservation is finalized.
A security deposit may be required.
A professional mid-stay or monthly cleaning is required every 28 days. Cleanings will be scheduled in advance and charged separately.
Monthly property inspections will be conducted with at least 24 hours’ notice
Early departure does not qualify for a refund. Long-term cancellation and reservation-change policies apply and will be detailed in the rental agreement.
Included utilities and any applicable usage terms will be specified in the rental agreement.
The reserving guest must be at least 25 years old and remain at the property for the entire stay.
All required fees, payment schedules, and long-term rental terms will be provided for review before the reservation is confirmed.

Clean Guarantee All homes are backed by our 100% Clean Guarantee. The details are disclosed in your rental agreement.

Check-In / Check-Out Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. We’re happy to review early and late check requests and will do our best to accommodate. While early check-in or late check-out can’t be guaranteed, we always make every effort to honor these requests when availability allows. Paid options may be available.

Heart of Downtown

"In the heart of downtown Asheville and good amenities. TV was hard to work but after a few days we figured it out. Maintenance man was extremely helpful and professional. Could use more towels for a loft that sleeps 4 adults. Noisy apt due to street players and music from bars was my only complaint.

Perfect Downtown Location

"Yonder's place was perfect for my purposes. I spent 59 nights there. In particular, the location is perfect if you want to be in downtown Asheville. It is very convenient and walkable throughout downtown, into Five Points, the Montford District, the River Arts District as well as to three grocery stores (less than 10 minutes walking) including Trader Joe's and a small Whole Foods. The loft is exceedingly well equipped in every way. One thing to note if you bring a car is that monthly parking, (which I recommend) is directly across the street in one of two lots operated by the City of Asheville. You can and should apply online in advance...four or more business days. You will then need to pick up your permit in person (right around the corner), on a business day. One other note, this location is noisy. The city is alive day and night just one floor down...sirens, car alarms, people rambling, music, etc. All said, I would return to this place any time I was staying downtown.

Absolutely Gorgeous

"The loft is absolutely gorgeous in a super walkable section of downtown. It has a fully stocked kitchen and so many little touches that it doesn't feel like a rental unit. The beds were comfortable and the standing desk in the one room was perfect for remote work. The only negatives are the due to the loft not having floor to ceiling walls noise transfers really easily and someone cooking in the kitchen is easily heard by someone trying to rest in the bedrooms. Additionally while the loft is in a super walkable location, it's also incredibly loud for a small city. I know police are starting to crack down on these kind of things, so hopefully it won't be an issue in the future.
