Although complimentary on-site parking is not available, several secure public garages are just a short walk from the property.

"The perfect birthday gets for my partner! I’m a local and have been for thirty years. I chose this property because it looked amazing, had the perfect location as far as our needs, and was very cozy! I must book again in the future. Overall it was exactly what I wanted and what I hope my girlfriend would like and she most definitely did. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this beautiful place! The only things I can think of that would have been nice would be maybe some more by way of kitchen items ( serving dishes, large bowls, etc) but that’s just preference as we ended up cooking one night, but made it work with what was available! The best spot in downtown!!!

"Great location, very clean with an accurate description. Nice balcony. Good communication from the host. MBR was very tight, no place to put clothes. To be fair, the photo is accurate. Easy to walk to restaurants and brew pubs. We found parking on the street as well as in garage a block away ($12/day), so no worries there. Recommended!

"We booked a last-minute weekend trip to Asheville and had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location of this unit was absolutely perfect - we were able to walk anywhere downtown. I do wish this place had parking, but there is a public parking garage nearby to park a car in. We will definitely consider staying again for our next trip to Asheville!

"These condos are some of the best in the city and the location cannot be beat! If you are unfamiliar with Asheville being right in the middle of town is where you want to be. You can walk to everything from this location but there is also a really convenient very delicious pub a few doors down! We would love to come stay here again!
