This truly is a “hidden gem!” Built in 2019 this three-bedroom gem is tucked away in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by the wooded landscape of Western North Carolina. Just minutes from downtown Weaverville and an easy 20 minutes to downtown Asheville. Convenient to all activities.
You’ll get all the modern finishes you’re looking for, including hardwood floors, tall ceilings, and a screened-in porch. The spacious kitchen with a large island, shaker cabinets, and stainless-steel appliances exemplifies the perfect space for making your favorite meals.

Perfect for groups of friends to gather and enjoy the mountain air on your private screened-in back porch. Or cozy up in front of the gas fireplace, with the custom mantel made from solid hardwood with a surprising turquoise accent. Smart TVs are provided throughout the home, and there is good internet and cell service.

Cleaning fee: Yonder openly shares our Cleaning Fees in a manner of full disclosure, as we think this is the most honest and forthright approach with respect to our guests. Our Cleaning Fees are backed by our Yonder Clean Guarantee, which reflects the highest level of standards, pristine environments for our guests, and a level of clean that surpasses any other vacation homes; we literally guarantee it!
Pets: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet we can recommend some alternatives nearby.
Early Check In and/or Late Check Out: may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Long Term Bookings: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays.
Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest's name. Subject to security screening for verification and authenticity. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.

"The home was located in a quiet walkable neighborhood. I especially liked the spacious kitchen. The electric tea kettle was greatly appreciated and used often during our stay. There is a screened in covered deck off of the kitchen. I liked having an office with a desk in addition to the two bedrooms. The large walk in closet was a great addition to store our luggage, coolers coats and extra clothing during our stay. It was also great to have a laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer to use. The two full bathrooms were a great convenience. The hosts were very welcoming and very responsive to our questions during our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Asheville area.

"We had an enjoyable stay at the Hidden Gem. It was clean, new, and the owners provided everything we needed. It was spacious and the screened in porch offered a great place to hang out when it rained. The kitchen is large and has an island, which makes it easy to prepare meals. This is one of the nicest houses we’ve stayed at in the area (we visit Asheville often). There is a desk to work at in the 3rd bedroom if you need to work remotely. It is a little secluded from the town of Weaverville so if you want to stay near the restaurants, etc, you should know that it’s a bit of a ride. We would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful Stay

"Beautiful stay. We have two kiddos and had zero issues here. Super clean. Minimal, yet had everything we need. Which is great because we didn’t have to hassle with breakable things in tiny-arms-reach. Back porch felt really secure. Easy to use fireplace made warming up super easy and cozy quick. Would definitely stay here again and recommend!

"The Hidden Gem lived up to it's name! It was the perfect retreat away for the week. The house is new, fresh, and spotlessly clean. The decor is beautiful and the amenities had everything we needed. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The screened in back porch was very serene with tranquil views. The bedrooms were very comfortable - especially the master suite. The bathroom felt like a spa with the oversized tub. Location wise, you are in great proximity to Asheville and the surrounding mountains are very peaceful. Overall, it was a fabulous experience. You won't be disappointed!

"I really needed a getaway from what is normally a hectic life, but also wanted the modern conveniences and feel of a home. The Hidden Gem was the perfect place. It was quiet and serene. The drive to Asheville is easy and scenic. You really get the charm and quiet of the countryside with the comfort and access of the city. "Stayed at The Hidden Gem for a girls’ trip. We absolutely loved it and were especially impressed with how spotless and well appointed it was. It was a quick trip to Asheville and Hot Springs. The screened in porch is private and magical during a rain storm. We would stay again.
