Welcome to The Glass House - Where Beauty Meets Tranquilly.

The Glass House is a modern mountaintop retreat where the Blue Ridge Mountain views feel almost otherworldly. Brand new, thoughtfully designed, and surrounded by an immense mountain landscape, this is one of those places a photo simply cannot capture. The scale of the view, the soft morning light moving across the ridgelines, and the stillness of being high above it all have to be experienced in person. With two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a private hot tub, an outdoor pergola, and expansive windows designed around the scenery, this peaceful retreat is just 12 minutes from downtown Marshall and 25 minutes from Asheville.

It is beautiful in photographs—but standing here feels entirely different.

Expansive windows frame layers upon layers of the Blue Ridge Mountains, allowing the landscape to take center stage from the moment you step inside. The light changes constantly throughout the day. Mountain mist settles into the valleys, clouds drift across distant ridgelines, and the colors of the landscape shift as morning becomes afternoon and eventually dusk.
The fully stocked kitchen flows naturally into the main living space, making it easy to prepare breakfast while watching the morning light move across the ridges or gather together for an unhurried dinner.

Outside, the mountain landscape becomes the entire experience.
Start the morning on the front deck as soft light moves across the Blue Ridge Mountains. Spend the afternoon beneath the pergola with a meal, a book, or nowhere else to be. As evening arrives, watch the landscape fade into layers of blue before the sky opens overhead for stargazing.
The views are vast, ever-changing, and difficult to put into words. This is not simply a home with a mountain view—it feels as though the home has been placed directly into the sky and landscape.
The private hot tub is located on the opposite side of the house, creating a secluded space to soak, slow down, and enjoy the quiet.

Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles, and guests can access the home via a lit pathway and stone staircase leading to the front entrance; AWD or 4WD is required.
