Lovely area

"The house was roomy for the 7 of us. We spent most of our time on the deck where we enjoyed the view and the hot tub. The table on the deck got used way more than the dining room one. Everything was very clean and in order. The bed ran a bit hot with the topper it had, but was comfortable. Washer and dryer were a plus.Communication with the property manager and their response was extremely good.The view of the mountains is at the end of a steep climb up the hill behind the house. The view we enjoyed was the back yard with a large expanse of lawn surrounded by trees that made us feel like we were the only house around.It was very quiet and we never saw the neighbors.Hendersonville has a lovely downtown area that I wish were copied in Chapel Hill.

"Close enough to downtown Hendersonville, but far enough to feel like you are in the woods/mountains, because you are! Probably 10 minutes to Main Street! The trail up to the overlook was awesome and so scenic! Great for evening glass of wine! Front porch in the mornings and back porch in the afternoon! Hot tub was huge! Loved the tea lights guiding u up the overlook path! Will definitely return! Yonder was very responsive to all our requests and questions! Beds were super comfortable and plenty of towels!!

Spotless!

"Yonder was so responsive and helpful when I had a few questions leading up to our visit. The home was spotless and the kitchen was very well stocked. This was one of the most well kept vacation rentals I have stayed in. All furniture looked brand new and the bathrooms were gorgeous. They had clear and reasonable options for early check-in and late check-out. We were a little disappointed to find the hot tub was not warm when we arrived. It was only 65 degrees and took a long time to heat up. It didn’t reach the set temperature until the next day. We also did not have enough hot water for 10 adults to shower in the morning which was surprising given the size of the house and how many people it can sleep. Overall I would still stay with Yonder again and would absolutely recommend them to others! I would just ask for the hot tub to at least be on at the checkin time especially when an early check-in is purchased. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

"This is an amazing house - extremely well maintained and with all the modern conveniences. Great place to stay, close to Hendersonville. My husband particularly liked the look-out at the overlook which had the best views, seating, and a portable heater. The hot tub was amazing. The game room was well appreciated and enjoyed - very clean and spacious for three families :)

Everything you need and more

"This house was perfect for our family vacation. It was bigger than expected, had more beds than we even knew how to use, and made it hard for us to even leave. Upon arrival, everything was perfectly clean and organized. There was nothing out of place. Hot tub was ready to go. The kitchen is very well stocked - literally had everything (and we make a lot of food). One particular highlight is the Blackstone outdoor grill area. We used that grill to cook all sorts of things from salmon, to asparagus, to bacon and eggs. Favorite moments were grilling while family hung out in the hot tub and others threw the frisbee in the spacious backyard. The back deck area is AWESOME. There are string lights the whole way around the backyard area on a timer, so you don’t even have to think about it, and it stays lit well after dark. Upstairs game room and bedroom and bathroom area is a great oasis for putting the kids when the adults need some much-needed downtime. All in all would definitely come here again, it was TOP NOTCH.

Beautiful & Relaxing

"Beautiful, relaxing place to stay. Everything anyone could need is provided. Only negative is the mattresses in the bunk room weren't comfortable for adults, but I'm sure kids wouldn't be bothered by it at all. Great place for family and/or friends. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Place

"The Charming Place is as described! Wonderful place to vacation. We met up with 3 other families and their was ample space to accommodate! The setting is beautiful. If you like outdoor entertainment the back porch set up is perfect! They have a black stone griddle and Kamado Joe which was perfect for grilling. Hot tub was clean and quite large. Has outdoor TV with sound bar made it easy to have music set up as well! Beautiful view from their lookout which is a pretty easy climb just behind the house. Has stepping stones which made it easy to climb. They have a rope to hold onto for those who don’t have as good of balance but it really isn’t needed. A+ hosts with Yonder! Great indoor entertainment with pool table and ping pong table upstairs! Quick and easy drive to some neat restaurants in Hendersonville!

"The property was outstanding. Unfortunately, we had very very bad weather and was unable to use any of the out door amenities. Regardless me and my family had a great time indoors and were glad that the upstairs had the pool table and ping pong table to entertain us. The house was very clean and comfortable.
