Welcome to Southbound, one of ten beautifully constructed villas located in the enclave of The Fold at Reynolds Mountain! This 4 bedroom property is newly built and has brand new furnishings! It exudes luxury from the moment you walk in. Stay close and walk to the restaurants and shops in Reynolds Village. Or, enjoy downtown Asheville and all of the shops, galleries, restaurants and more...you're just 10 minutes from your home base!

Upon entering the space, you will be greeted with an open floor plan including an inviting living room with a gas fireplace and a large smart tv, perfect for gathering and making memories. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for all of your cooking needs and with new stainless steel appliance the cook of the group will be right at home. Enjoy the feast at the large dining room table!

With 4 guest rooms, all with brand new mattresses, there is space for everyone. There is a main level King room and the other 3 are on the second level, with privacy for all. "We had a fabulous girls trip at this property in North Asheville. Woodfin is a great location and had walkable restaurants nearby. It’s only a 15 minute drive to downtown Asheville. 16 minutes to the Biltmore House. The property itself was amazing. We had six ladies on the trip and we all felt that there was more than enough space in this home. Plenty of bathrooms. Nice open concept kitchen and living room. The gas fireplace was an awesome perk. Hot tub was very enjoyable in the cool December night. And the wine fridge upstairs near hot tub was a delight. Highly recommend this property as well as the other Yonder properties. I would definitely use this property again when I return to Asheville.

Third Stay!

"This is our third stay at Yonder's townhomes in this part of Asheville. It's very comfortable, clean and exactly what we're looking for in a vacation rental. We especially love the hot tub! Also, minor details, but I love that they have laundry detergent, plenty of dishwashing tablets and liquid hand soap. It's small, but helpful items that not all rentals have. Thanks Yonder! We'll be back!

"This was a perfect property for our family group. It fit the diverse needs of my elderly parents as well as myself and husband, our younger child + teenager very well. Very short drive to lots of activities. The guestbook suggested a hike location that I ventured to and it turned out to be a highlight of my vacation experience. We loved our trip to Asheville so much and a big part of it was our comfortable, reliable accommodations.

"The place had a great layout and setup and was very clean. Easy location to get to, right off of the highway. Was close to Beaver Lake, which had a 2 mile trail for walking/running. City center was short drive away. Would stay here again and also recommend to others.

"Absolutely loved my stay at Southbound! Such an easy check in, great views & location, lovely decor, and a well stocked kitchen. We even were given a complimentary late check out. I wouldn’t even say these are cons or negatives — but it was a bit weird when the hot tub technician came unannounced (which Yonder warns in all the pre-stay paperwork). Particularly with us being an all-female party, it was a little unsettling to come home to a random man at the door. But the bright side is we enjoyed a super clean, well functioning hot tub for our whole stay! Also, there is no fourth full bath, even though the listing description and images mention one. We realized the image was actually a picture of the half bath. It wasn’t a big deal for us because we didn’t need another full bath but just a FYI. Wouldn’t hesitate to book with Yonder in the future! Probably one of the best vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed at.

"My family and I come to Asheville several times a year on vacation. It's our favorite place. We will stay in this unit/development in the cold months from here on (if it had a pool, we'd stay here in the warm months, too!). It was clean, spacious, and the design is really modern and fresh. We used the hot tub twice a day, and it was a luxurious touch, especially during the cold of winter, as well as a relaxing way to unwind during vacation. We cook in a meal or two a day, and the kitchen was outstanding: clean, well-stocked (cutlery, pans, pots, plates, utensils, plastic bags, soap, detergent, start coffee, wash cloth, drying cloth... NOTHING missing... kudos!). Parking was plentiful and easy.

"Perfect for our girls trip! There were plenty of beds for the 6 of us + extra room. Everything was extremely clean and cozy. We really enjoyed the hot tub on the upstairs porch. The kitchen did come with a few K-cups & salt/pepper, but plan to get your food essentials at the grocery store, including any spices/condiments. The location was ideal - about 10 minutes from downtown, grocery stores (Whole Foods, Harris Teeter, Trader Joe’s), restaurants, bars, etc. It’s at the base of a very steep hill for anyone who wants to get in some exercise on a morning walk, which I loved. There’s also a YMCA within walking distance. Couldn’t have been a better spot! I highly recommend this for anyone coming to Asheville with a group!

"I stayed at Southbound for a work trip and was blown away as soon as I walked through the door. This home is so luxurious and nicely appointed. Having an eu suite bathroom for each bedroom provided an additional level of privacy that we all appreciated. We were able to obtain an Uber easily for a quick trip downtown. We also thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub at the end of a long day. I hope to visit this home again for a vacation trip soon!
