Skyline Ridge sits above Arden’s rolling hills, where long-range mountain views stretch across the Blue Ridge and the air feels a little quieter. This modern new-build home was designed for simple living in a setting shaped by forests, ridgelines, and the slower rhythm of Western North Carolina.

Mornings tend to unfold gently here. Coffee on the deck, cool air drifting off the mountains, and the landscape shifting colors as the sun rises. It is an easy place to start the day before exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, or the nearby trails of Pisgah National Forest.

Extended Stays Reservations of 30 days or more are subject to review; stays exceeding 90 days require an additional agreement. A security deposit, mid stay cleaning fees and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay.
