Welcome to Shady Grove! This brand new build (2022) is one of Asheville's newest vacation rentals that provides truly luxurious accommodations! The name is inspired from the traditional Appalachian folk song, and is one of ten beautifully constructed villas located in the enclave of The Fold at Reynolds Mountain. Shops and dining within walking distance you and you are located just 10 minutes from downtown Asheville, and close to everything the Blue Ridge Mountains have to offer!

Walk into Shady Grove and you will be presented with clean lines and sleek, modern décor! The main level includes a fully equipped kitchen with high end finishes as well as a large dining table. The living room is a great place to cozy up in front of the gas fireplace and listen to music, watch tv or just connect with your group. Step out on the patio and take advantage of the hot tub for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring.

There are 4 guest rooms, including 1 King on the main level and 3 King Rooms on the second level. Each room has a smart tv and wifi throughout the property! You will not want to leave Shady Grove! We look forward to booking your stay!

Quiet Policy: Please note that the home is located in a very quiet community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.

"The accommodations were exactly what we needed for our group of 8 adults in town for a wedding. Four en suite bedrooms was a huge plus. The kitchen and downstairs living area were very efficiently designed and were comfortable even when we were all there. Of course, the hot tub was a favorite!

"Yonder Shady Grove was a perfect choice for our group. The rental space is absolutely beautiful and new. Everyone had their own private bedroom and bath. Great common area on first floor with fireplace and hot tub. The kitchen had ample supplies and dining area was perfect for all eight of us. The location was fantastic as we were able to walk to a restaurant nearby and it is easy to get to Asheville and the Biltmore. We definitely would stay here again.

"We had a great experience with Yonder and a wonderful stay at Shady Grove. Yonder staff helped so much with the reservation process and accommodated early check in for our group. Shady Grove was perfect for our group . A beautiful space, in a lovely location, thoughtfully laid out with enough comfortable seating for us 6 couples (which was very important as we had a lot of catching up to do!). We had our own bedrooms and bathrooms and enough linens. Having King bedrooms with attached private bathrooms was key for our stay. The kitchen was amply supplied. Our Host even provided plenty of papergoods and toiletries to get our stay off to a great start! The place was very clean and tastefully decorated. Photos are accurate. We all loved it and hope to stay there again! We couldn't be happier!! Thank you Yonder-- you def go above and beyonder... ;)

Perfect Romantic Mountain Getaway

"This home is the perfect romantic getaway. We loved how new and spacious it is. Each room is beautifully appointed with quality furnishings and stylish finishes. The beds, pillows and linens are super comfy and luxurious. There's even a fireplace and outdoor hot tub!! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for two or a family of eight. All four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms plus there is a powder room downstairs, very unexpected! There's also a laundry room with fullsize washer and dryer. The location is fantastic with stores and restaurants nearby, walking distance to Reynolds Village and just minutes away from the best Asheville has to offer, including Downtown Asheville, Biltmore Estate, waterfalls and hiking trails galore. I highly recommend this home for any Asheville adventure.
