You will feel right at home in this 3 bedroom property, featuring the original hardwood floors. Gather in the living room where there is plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen has been updated and fully stocked for you to make all of your favorite recipes. TV's are in each room as well as the living room and with high speed internet, you can stream from any of the smart tv's.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.

"A great house just outside of Asheville that is very quiet. Almost every night the deer would come into the front yard to eat on the apples that fall off the tree. We hope to come back again soon!

"Relaxing birthday vacation. Love the oversized tub! Sitting by the river and ending the night with a fire in the fire pit just outside the back deck. A TV in each room gave all of our guest plenty of room for me time. Kitchen well equipped, king bed was very comfortable. With a great location we will definitely be back. Yonder graciously allowed us a late check out free of charge. We also received a very nice welcome package for being a repeat customer! Truly another great vacation!

Perfect for my family

"This home was lovely and perfect for our family of five. The location was close to a wedding we were in town for and the house was cozy and had pretty much everything we needed. My only comment was that there are no drawers in any rooms to put clothes away. There is lots of hanging space in the closet but no place for other items. Overall, I would come again!

"We had a great stay at this property. We enjoyed the fire pit and having enough space as a family so everyone could have their own room. The hosts provided so much, and it was a very clean space. One note is that you are pretty far from Asheville. It’s only about a 20 minute drive, but it can be cumbersome. Overall, it was a great stay!

"For those who want a quiet location a bit out of Asheville, with plenty of room in a home, this location is for you. The three bedrooms are lovely. The kitchen is well equipped. The appliances are extremely nice. The morning we left, a bear greeted us as we were getting ready to load the car.

"We loved our stay at River’s Edge! This trip will always hold a special place in our heart - we had a lot to celebrate during that trip and being in such a great house made it all the better! The location was great and just a 15-20 minute drive from most places. The property was wonderful, especially since we brought our dog - who might have had more fun than we did if that’s possible! Having a fence and staying somewhere we felt comfortable bringing her was huge, and this place did just that! We are already itching to go back :)

"The house was very clean and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. The host was quick to respond to questions we had. The only comment I’ll make that I wish I knew in advance is that the internet drops out from time to time. The host did say this could happen sometimes due to “mountain bounce”. I was still able to work from the house, just be aware that the internet may pause for a few minutes a few times during the work day. Overall a great stay!

Almost Total Seclusion

"The location is great. The neighbors are distant enough to give you a feeling of almost total seclusion, yet it’s less than a 10 minute drive to a good supermarket and 20 minute drive to downtown Asheville. Highly recommend for a family retreat.

"Wonderful stay! Wish we had longer instead we a planning a trip back this summer. Loved the charm of the home. Each guest had their own Tv. Claw foot tub was fabulous. Updated kitchen with anything appliances you could need. Sound of the creek from the patio was perfect. Too much to list but we will be back!

"Our stay was amazing. My wife and I came into town for a couple nights and this place fit our needs perfectly. We are older, so it was great that everything was on one level.
