- Sleeps in beds: 14 - Max Occupancy: 14
- Seasonal outdoor pool (mid-May through mid-September), ideal for warm-weather enjoyment. Please note the pool is not heated.
- There are 4 convertible sofa beds (not pullout). Each sleeps one person. Full-size sheets, blankets, and pillows must be brought by guests. There are 2 in the living room, 1 in the sunroom, and 1 in the family room

Quiet Policy This home is located in a peaceful, private mountain community. To preserve the relaxing setting for everyone, please keep noise to a respectful level at all times. Parties and disruptive behavior aren’t permitted, and we kindly ask that you be mindful of neighbors and quiet hours starting at 10pm.

Extended Stays Reservations of 30 days or more are subject to review; stays exceeding 90 days require an additional agreement. A security deposit, mid stay cleaning fees and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay.

Last-Minute Bookings For reservations made **within 5 days of arrival**, additional verification is required to protect our homeowners and guests. This includes:

Beautiful Mountain Stay

"We had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful, has so much comfortable space, and the many outdoor porches and pool are a real treat! Our daughters (8 and 5) loved the pool and were so sad when we had to leave. We enjoyed the serene location and the ability to be in Asheville within 20-25 minutes.

"The property was very beautiful and clean. The rooms were all nicely decorated, and there were several outdoor sitting areas to accommodate large groups. The check-in process was very easy, and the host provided all of the necessary information regarding the property. We enjoyed the pool as well as the other activities on the property.

"We really enjoyed our stay in Fairview. We had several interactions with a momma bear and her 2 cubs. We also enjoyed this interaction even though she kidnapped the trash bin. Only reason I didn't give communication 5 stars was due to 2 or 3 attempts to contact by phone and leaving 1 voicemail, we could never make contact this way. The team was very responsive via chat.

"This was a beautiful home and looked exactly as described in the posting. A perfect family get away! While it wasn’t 15 minutes to Asheville as described in post, it was still close enough for us to enjoy all the city had to offer. "Honestly, this place has everything except the view. There’s a lot of trees around, very private. Place was immaculate. So many decks and bedrooms for our group of 7. It was very comfortable! Kitchen was very nice and fully equipped! There’s a resident bear…an adolescent, and he is very smart. As soon as we put items in the RECYCLE bin (garbage goes in shed), he came out and opened it and stole the bag. Lol. We would definitely return here! Pool was wonderful!

"Our family of 14 had a wonderful stay in this home! We have 6 small children and there was plenty of room to roam in the house. We loved the large screened porch and spent a great deal of time day and night in this great space. We also utilized the lower level family room and the upper sunroom often. We had fun times in the pool, hot tub and even the ping pong table! We found the kitchen to be well stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware, etc. We have stayed in many vrbo type properties over the years and the responsiveness of the management staff was unparalleled. We would highly recommend this property for your next stay.
