Escape to Mountain View Sanctuary, this hidden gem in the mountains will have you in awe from the moment you arrive! As the name indicates, the views of the mountains are amazing! You’re also just 10 min. to downtown Weaverville and 16 min. to downtown Asheville.

A beautiful log cabin with an open floor plan, cathedral ceilings, sliding glass doors in great room, floor-to-ceiling windows in loft area & skylights give this home a bright, airy feeling. Whip up your favorite meals in the fully-equipped kitchen or on the grill and then gather at the dining table or out on the deck to enjoy the long range views.

With plenty of space, you have 4 guest rooms, each charmingly decorated with your comfort in mind. Everyone will enjoy the game room or time by the fire pit. Or wind down each night with a soak in the hot tub while enjoying the evening mountain views. Bring your dog and come stay at this mountain sanctuary!!

Quiet Policy: Please note that the property is located in a very private community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party. Please inquire with our Guest Experience Team for details and final rates.

"The house was perfect! Only 15 minutes to downtown Asheville, the home was immaculately clean, spacious and so well-decorated and furnished. The view was absolutely spectacular! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

"Stayed here over the last 2 nights with a party of 5 and we each agreed this was the best rental property we have been to. The house had an AMAZING view, clean, spacious, and fully furnished with everything you need. The home is only 25 minutes from Biltmore, but far enough from Asheville that we felt more at peace. We felt right at home and agreed we would be returning to this property in the near future.

"We stayed here with our kids for 4 nights and had the best time. The house was impeccably clean and as beautiful as the photos. Hot tub, fire pit and views did not disappoint. Our dog loved exploring the yard and getting to hiking trails or right into Asheville was fast and easy. Some reviews we read made us nervous about the drive way, but our minivan had no trouble at all. You will love Mountain View Sanctuary.

"Incredible view, super professional owners and quick responses. This location is stunning! It’s close to town, with the best view from the top of a mountain. Driveway is a little steep so make sure you have the right vehicle, but it’s not too bad. Other than that it’s a very nice house and perfect location.

"This home is the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The owners made our stay relaxing by providing all the comforts of home and the extras that make a stay feel like a vacation from real life. The layout was great for 6 adults, including 2 couples, conducive to communal meals and socializing but also offering options for privacy. So close to restaurants and shopping but also felt isolated and peaceful in the best ways possible. Gorgeous views, even better than expected.

"Our family of five enjoyed our stay. It is more secluded than I would have liked but overall the house was great! The only negative was that the hot tub was not usable. A tech came and tried but the water was still a greenish brown the whole time. The driveway requires a tough car, preferably 4w drive and beware that there are steep stairs in the house. Lovely view.
