Upon entering this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom mountain contemporary designed home, you will feel right at home with the open floor plan that will allow for your group to spend some much deserved time together! The fully equipped kitchen has a super sleek design with quartz countertops, high end finishes and appliances, perfect for gathering while cooking! The main level living room has an amazing fire feature, an 85” Smart TV and wifi throughout.

Experience the peacefulness of the open deck or screened in deck off of the kitchen to take in the mountain air and views. Then head down to the game room with another large Smart TV and foosball table. There is no shortage of space for you to connect with each other.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet we can recommend some alternatives nearby.

"Property was pristine and very conveniently located to downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The owners thought of everything and anticipated our needs. We loved the game room the most and spent time throwing darts and watching the large TV. The kitchen was well stocked and equipped with high end appliances. Would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to other family members and friends already

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home. It was comfortable, well equipped, spacious and modern. The kitchen was open with many windows to enjoy the lovely mountain views while preparing meals. The large televisions provided daily entertainment, and the fireplace kept us warm and cozy. Having a washer and dryer was very convenient, and so was the ability to park our vehicle in the garage. The owners provided a few complimentary items that welcomed us and made us feel right at home. We loved Mountain to Sea Modern and would not hesitate to go back again.

"A wonderful spacious home situated in the hills outside of Asheville. The house is beautifully furnished and has every amenity you could possibly ask for. The home was spotlessly clean for our arrival and we did not experience any problems during our one week stay. It is in a peaceful neighborhood with lovely views across tree tops to the hills beyond. It was the perfect place for our family reunion.

"The place was exactly as specified. It was extremely comfortable, spacious, very clean and well stocked with kitchen appliances. The only issue we had was the inability to go out and walk the neighborhood as the unit is on a hill and the main road below does not have any sidewalks.

"This a beautiful home that looks like the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. The kitchen was well stocked, the downstairs media room was perfect for watching movies, and the location was peaceful with lots of local wildlife to see yet just a quick drive to downtown locations. The host was quick to respond to requests and came out to fix the grill when it wouldn’t light initially.

"The house was absolutely beautiful, quiet, & had essentially every amenity from home. The kitchen was more stocked with small and large appliances, some spices and all of the basic baking, cooking and dishware you would need. The furniture, bedding and towels were very comfortable and so clean. The decor was simple, modern and not cluttered. The fireplace was lovely! The amenities for our four children were also great! There was a massive amount of board games, darts, foosball, music streaming throughout, chalk and bubbles in the kitchen. There were also sound machines and smart tvs in every room. We also loved that the house was shoe-free, it made me even more confident of it's cleanliness.

"This was the perfect spot for a family getaway! Location was great - easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway, a quick drive to downtown Asheville, yet very quiet with a nice mountain view. We even saw a bear passing through the neighborhood! The downstairs game room was a kid-favorite with the huge comfy couch, board games, and big TV. The grownups loved the upstairs with a cozy fireplace, deck for watching the sunrise, and a well-appointed kitchen for whipping up pancakes. We were already planning our next trip before we even left!

"We absolutely loved our stay at Mountain to Sea Modern! It is gorgeous and up to date in every way. The sunrise view was gorgeous and we enjoyed having our coffee in the morning on the deck. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything needed for a night in. Beds, pillows, and bedding were all very comfortable. Lovely extra touches including wine on arrival, recommendations for local spots, and guidebooks to the area were appreciated. We were glad to get the recommendation of the local Folk Art Center - it was much larger than we expected and we took home some beautiful pottery. The downstairs entertainment room was fantastic for quiet night in playing cards and watching movies. Will be top of our list for the next time we are in Asheville!

"This home is amazing - beautiful and the owners thought about the little details (e.g. laundry baskets and luggage stands in each bedroom, extra supplies) which made our stay even better! The location was great too - we were within 10-20 min of all that Asheville has to offer. The views are very good - the pictures don’t do it justice. Would definitely stay there again!

"We had an amazing time in this home! It was perfect for our four adults and my 3-year-old son to call home for a week, with all the amenities you need to feel right at home. An easy 10-15 minutes from downtown Asheville, you’re close enough to feel connected to everything but the location is such that while in the house, you feel like you’re at a mountain retreat. I highly recommend the place to anyone; it feels brand new and is excellently furnished for anything you might need.

"This was an amazing home and the layout was perfect for us. The kitchen was beautiful and the views were great! Plus, this house was super convenient to downtown Asheville but felt like you were nestled in the mountains. "This modern house is perfection, as listed and more, and it is very well stocked for cooking if your family enjoys eating in, 5 minutes from Ingles to pick up cooking supplies, and a short drive from downtown Asheville for tasty restaurants. The location is also easy to get too (not too steep) but still has great views. Plenty of room for our family of 5 adults and 2 young kids.

"Great listing with an even better view! I enjoyed my stay and was comfortable throughout. The kitchen was stocked with plateware and utensils. The listing is close to Asheville and there are several restaurants and attractions available. The host even made the recovery of a lost item simple and convenient.
