- Guests can access a small lake near the property. You can use small watercraft such as john boats, kayaks, and canoes on the lakes. Please be aware that vehicle access is not available for the last half mile to the lake. You will need to carry your watercraft for this distance. The lake is perfect for swimming and fishing, and picnic tables are available for your convenience.
- One propane firepit on the rear deck.
- Yonder provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests to provide the extra linens
- Internet Speed: While there is wifi available, it is very slow and unpredictable. Please note that this home is not suitable if you need reliable wifi for work.

Quiet Policy This home is located in a peaceful, private mountain community. To preserve the relaxing setting for everyone, please keep noise to a respectful level at all times. Parties and disruptive behavior aren’t permitted, and we kindly ask that you be mindful of neighbors and quiet hours starting at 10pm.

Extended Stays Reservations of 30 days or more are subject to review; stays exceeding 90 days require an additional agreement. A security deposit, mid stay cleaning fees and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay.

Last-Minute Bookings For reservations made **within 5 days of arrival**, additional verification is required to protect our homeowners and guests. This includes:

"Our stay was very nice. Two things to point out - we were unable to get the family room tv to work no matter which input we chose. Second, the basement window is cracked from the outside.

"We loved staying at Mountain Music! Our family of 7 adults stayed comfortably there during the winter holiday. Had great fun in the game room area, enjoyed nature hikes close by, and the fireplace inside and firepit outdoors. What a great time making memories at Mountain Music!!

"Mountain Music is a wonderful vacation cabin a short drive from historic downtown Tryon. I enjoy the peaceful site, beautiful views and local hiking trails. The house has a well stocked kitchen, game room, and multiple decks for a serene vacation experience.
