Spread out in 1,700 square feet of tastefully decorated indoor space and enjoy the fresh air on the expansive 1,000 square foot wraparound deck – perfect for your morning coffee or evening wine.

The kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures with high-end appliances, including a built-in oven, range, microwave, and a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer. Need a caffeine fix? The coffee maker's got you covered. And when it's cleanup time, the dishwasher makes it a breeze. Gather around the 6-seat dining table for meals, laughter, and storytelling.

Relaxation comes easy in the living room with its gas fireplace, wet bar (BYOB!), recliner, and large smart TV with Roku. When the sun sets, head out to the deck for stargazing by the gas-burning fireplace or fire up the grill for a BBQ feast.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed fit for royalty, while the second bedroom features two double beds. Each bedroom has a spacious bathroom and oversized walk-in closet, plus a half bath off the hallway for added convenience.

Guests can enjoy a range of on-site amenities, including a championship 19-hole Tom Fazio golf course (additional fees apply), a dining grille, tennis and pickleball courts, hiking trails, and an equestrian center (additional cost). "This rental is clean, high end and perfectly maintained. The views are incredible. This is a golf destination with superior practice facilities, and on-site bar and restaurants just steps from the Villa. Excellent hiking and they even have some new pickleball courts! We're going back this October. Can't wait!
