The spacious master-on-main was designed with comfort in mind with a king-size bed and a deep soaking tub in the attached full bath. The home's upper level is a dream come true for big families, offering two queen bedrooms, two small bonus rooms, and a third bonus room with a TV and two twin beds that's a proven favorite with the kids. All of the home's TVs include Roku access with popular steaming services (guest subscription required for paid services such as Netflix).

"The place was very nice. The pictures do not do it justice. It was much nicer than we thought based on the pictures posted. Everything was very clean and decorated nicely. The road to get to the house was a bit much and thankfully we had vehicles that could navigate the steep and narrow road to get to the house. We would definitely rent this house again.

Breathtaking Views

"Such an awesome property. Everything you’d need all in the house! We came here for a bachelor party and everyone had their own bed, we used the grill, oven, stove, and air fryer to prepare food, and the location is nice and secluded which is perfect for an intimate gathering. The fire pit and hot tub were perfect on the deck which overlooked the mountainous Appalachians featuring the leaves turning for the season. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot.

Spacious & Comfortable

"This place was great! There are more bedrooms and space than advertised! The house just kept going. It is very private and secluded which is what we are always looking for. Large kitchen with island along with comfortable beds. The living rooms were spacious and comfortable. There’s a front porch with a view down to a wooded fire pit area, and also a back porch/landing overlook where you can get multiple perspectives of the Blue Ridge Mountains (I think I counted 9!). It was really hard to stop staring at the view from the deck, back living room, hot tub, or patio table. I could see multiple families staying here for sure. This trip was just my wife and I and we had a couple friends visit for two nights. Either way you’ll really like this place. Very easy to get to downtown Asheville. The Biltmore, Chimney Rock, Mount Mitchell, zip lining at The Gorge, the Blue Ridge Parkway is like 10 minutes away. There are a couple grocery stores nearby and also a couple really fun laid back breweries in Fairview that were nearby too. We’d definitely go back and recommend.

Wonderful Stay!

"We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and in pristine condition - all the bedrooms were beautiful, the water pressure was perfect, A/C worked great, views were awesome. We could watch the sunset from the living room. Kitchen was big and spacious and it was great to have multiple seating areas. We though there might have been an issue with the A/C and the Yonder technician was extremely helpful and available/willing to do whatever was needed. We were so appreciate of this level of care! One note: the driveway is VERY steep, so if you have a little car - be advised! It may be difficult to access, especially if it’s icy/snowy.

Wonderful Home!

"The most wonderful home!! Our family of 7 had more than enough space (with some extra) and the property was even more beautiful than the photos. The best part was we were surprised with a hot tub on the deck! It was so nice to warm up in on chilly winter days/nights overlooking the amazing mountain view. Asheville is about 20 minutes away, as well as some other cute little towns, so you have everything you need close by. Yonder was an exceptional host, we're already thinking of coming back!

"This is a wonderful house to host a family get together as we did over Thanksgiving. The house itself is very clean with wonderful amenities. There are comfortable sleeping options for a great many people if needed, and lots of places in the house to get cozy. The kitchen is spectacular! It was ideal for our Thanksgiving preparation and my wife fell in love with that space. The views are just spectacular, and the property is secluded. Yet, you’re only a short drive to many dining options, and of course, Asheville. Highly recommend renting this property without hesitation.

Pleasant Stay at Montagne Vue

"We had a very pleasant stay at Montagna Vue. It was exactly as advertised remote location with good connectivity for remote work and easy access to Fairview, Ashville and surrounding areas. Plenty of beds and bedrooms. very clean, great views. Multiple outdoor patios and decks to hangout which allows larger groups not to crowd each other. Also 3 indoor common areas that allow you to spread out. The driveway is steep and narrow, but in very good condition. We did not have any problems navigating it during the day or night.

Wonderful Views and Spacious Interior

"My family of 6 (kids ages 4-12) booked this place last minute in hopes of enjoying some snow. It did not disappoint with its wonderful views and clean and spacious interior. We never found the hiking trail up the mountain mentioned in the description, but it may very well have been hidden by snow. We still enjoyed roasting s’mores in the fire pit on the porch and roaming around just outside the house. Two things of note: the driveway is pretty steep, so be aware in adverse weather. Also, the house must be located near a shooting range or hunting club because we heard a lot of recreational gun fire during the afternoon. All in all, I’d recommend!

Very Comfortable and Relaxing Stay

"Very clean and fresh. Seems recently renovated. Plenty of room for 3 families. Decor had lots of lovely details, which made the house cozy and inviting. We found the fully stocked large kitchen with 2 stoves and 2 separate sinks very functional and convenient. The dryway is quite steep but totally doable in fall. Nice outside sitting area with 2 fire pits. Mountain sunsets where magnificent. Would rent again.
