Quiet Policy This home is located in a peaceful, private mountain community. To preserve the relaxing setting for everyone, please keep noise to a respectful level at all times. Parties and disruptive behavior aren’t permitted, and we kindly ask that you be mindful of neighbors and quiet hours starting at 10pm.

Extended Stays Reservations of 30 days or more are subject to review; stays exceeding 90 days require an additional agreement. A security deposit, mid stay cleaning fees and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay.

Bike Trip

"We are a group of 9 who motorcycle ride the mountains every June. This house by far met our needs. Very roomy, excellent amenities and fully stocked and furnished kitchen. The house is absolutely amazing! The views alone are stunning. There was plenty of parking and with some skilled drivers we were able to back the motorcycle trailer in here. Pulling in would mean backing out which would have been much more tricky. The hills to the house might need a more experienced rider because there is an incline but paved the whole way. But still absolutely worth it! This house is stunning!! We give it 10 out of 10 stars!!

"Gorgeous home with beautiful mountain views very well maintained and full of amenities. Bonus was 2 beautiful peacocks ( probably a neighbor’s pets) that often flew into the backyard . We enjoyed our weekend stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a retreat type refreshing and relaxing escape to the mountains.Waynesville downtown is a short drive full of dainty boutiques and restaurants to spend an afternoon and Lake Junaluska is also a short drive away.

"Not only was the home perfect, my family argued that the view was the best in the area! We truly enjoyed our stay here and will 100% book again in the future! Private, spacious home, and a porch perfect for bird watching (and listening). It’s also very centrally located— we made visits to Maggie Valley and Asheville while staying here! (Also just under 2 hours away from Gatlinburg, Tennessee and the Smokey Mountain National Park with tons of beautiful hikes).

"We had a great stay here. The only downside would be that there were not enough curtains for the many windows in the house. It was private, peaceful and the views were beautiful. Travis was amazing with communicating when we had questions. Highly recommended!

"New listing and we were one of the first ones to stay here. Beautiful view, lots of space, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. The vaulted living room with floor to ceiling windows was magical when it snowed briefly. Only minor issues, and I would stay here again.
