Location: Private Asheville home located in a small and private neighborhood community, with landscaped privacy. You are app. 10 minutes to downtown Asheville, and 10 minutes to downtown Weaverville. You are also app. 25 minutes from the Asheville Regional Airport. Home is accessed via only paved and fully maintained roads, right up to the home. Very easy access.

Sit on your back porch, relax and sip coffee as you take in the privacy of you own little waterfall, along with being able to watch wildlife from your private deck and outdoor areas.

The home affords year round access, and is great for groups of any and all ages. The home is situated just outside of downtown Asheville, NC, affording privacy for everyone to relax & enjoy the feel of the WNC mountains. Meadow Run Falls is located in a small, neighborhood with mature landscaping for relative privacy throughout your stay.

Relaxing Base for Asheville Exploration

"I've stayed in many vacation homes over the years and this was the nicest home I've stayed in - there was plenty of room for adult children, spouse, and elderly parents. Spotlessly clean property in a peaceful neighborhood with views. The kitchen was loaded with amenities and there were so many thoughtful touches - right down to a canister of umbrellas and walking canes by the doorway and a loaded spice cabinet. It was about a 10-15 min drive to downtown Asheville with some curvy roads, but fine as long as you took your time. Easy access to Blue Ridge parkway. Highly recommend this home!

"Wanted a home with 3 bedrooms & 3 baths for a sister’s trip to the Biltmore. Photos of home/rooms were very accurate. Hot tub is somewhat of a strange place. Maybe specify it’s located behind the shed. Kitchen was fully supplied with everything one would need to prepare all meals. Grocery store was very close to property, so it was convenient to purchase food prior to check-in. Few suggestions to improve guests stay: Room darkening shades in all bedrooms, larger sink in 2nd bedroom bathroom and upgrade shower in shared bathroom.

"The house was amazing! The hot tub was amazing! The waterfall feature was so peaceful and beautiful. But the best thing about this stay was the property management/customer service! I had several questions and requests before and after booking and they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and all of my questions were answered so quickly!! They even offered a discount on an extra night! We will DEFINITELY be staying with Yonder NC again! Especially since they offer repeat customers discounts for future stays!!! Thank you so much!

"Place was immaculate and fully stocked. Not far from Wynn’s Diner where we went every morning for breakfast. Outside patio was cozy and the game room even though we didn’t use it was filled with games. Went with my girlfriends and their husbands and everyone said I did so great picking this place that I am in charge for future vacations. All in all a beautiful place to stay while visiting Asheville!

"The house is fantastic inside and in a very quiet neighbourhood. Every thing you could possibly need is provided within the house which we really appreciated. The beds are all comfortable and are adjustable which we loved. The only improvements we would recommend is a full length mirror for the 2nd bedroom as the bathroom mirror is tiny and set too high for smaller people. We also found the sink in this bathroom to be too small for use and used the sink in the house bathroom instead. We would have also liked a path down to the games room as it rained a lot whilst we were staying and could not get down there through the grass.

Great Get Away for Family Long Weekend

"We chose this property because of the three bedrooms all on one level. The house was exactly as represented. It was clean and well-stocked with general supplies. The surprise was all three bedrooms had adjustable beds, which were really comfortable. We enjoyed the TVs in all three bedrooms too. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The hot tub felt very good after a day of visiting area attractions, especially after driving to the Gatlinburg area and the Blue Ridge Parkway. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. The whole process of reserving and entering the property was easy and efficient.
