Yet despite this peaceful atmosphere, you're just a short drive away from grocery stores, local restaurants, and all the essentials you might need during your stay. With five bedrooms across three levels, this spacious home is designed for family gatherings, friend getaways, and group trips where everyone has room to relax.

Home Features
The main living space features a fireplace, Smart TV, and large windows that frame the Ridgeline. A fully equipped kitchen makes meals easy, while a gas grill and wrap-around porch invite outdoor dining. Step into the game room on the main level to find a pool table, ping pong, video games, board games, toys, and corn hole—something for every age.

For those who like to stay active, a fitness room with exercise equipment is ready for morning workouts. After a day of exploring, retreat to the cozy basement theater room for a movie night on the big screen. Soak in the large hot tub, or gather around the fire pit to share stories and roast marshmallows beneath the clear mountain skies. A fenced yard and large lawn make it easy for kids to run free, and pets are welcome too.

Absolutely SPECTACULAR!

"I am more than happy to share our wonderful experience at Marshall Skyline Retreat! Our family of 10 from central Wisconsin, ranging in ages 17 - 84, had the awesome opportunity to enjoy this beautiful property for a full week. We have rented many properties across the country and all agreed this property is at the top of the list, a close second to our top rated! Upon arrival, we were immediately in awe of the views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and could have sat right there the whole week and been completely happy! The location is perfect...a quick ride to Ashville, but out of the hustle with a private, peaceful and quiet property to return to. The house itself is beautifully decorated, clean and well-equipped with more than you could hope for, with extra, special "touches", that I believe came from the owners who clearly care for their home and the guests who visit. The beds are comfortable with high quality linens...the couches and living spaces are spacious and inviting, welcoming us to relax before and after our daily adventures. Though we never ended up using it, the theater room is a great space to kick back and enjoy a movie night! And the garage game room is awesome for hanging out and enjoying the mountain views! What we did use, A LOT, was the hot tub and I will say that was the NICEST hot tub at all of the properties we have rented! It's big, VERY clean and well maintained...and the views from the hot tub??? A...MAZ...ING!!! Our 6 young adult kiddos were out there every night and sometimes during the day...and this mom soaked up every minute of hearing them living their best lives! A little detail that I would have loved to know in advance to minimize some packing...the kitchen is VERY well stocked and this is coming from someone who LOVES to be in the kitchen making great meals for my family! The coffee pot uses cone filters and though you are provided with a supply, if you're heavy coffee drinkers like we are, you may need some extra. They do have some spices and sugar available for use...quality utensils, cheese grater, dishes (about 3 different sets so PLENTY for a large group)...bowls and cookware for baking (muffin tin, pizza pan, cake pan, baking sheets), full set (and extra) pots and pans, a hand mixer, instapot, blender and smoothie attachments, good knives, cutting boards, grill equipment and marshmallow sticks for the fire pit...honestly, I cannot think of a single thing that I needed that wasn't there for me, including the lemon juicer! Every room had a full set of towels for the number of people that could sleep in that space...the kitchen had 2 sets of towels, an apron, and plenty of hotpads...and there was a basket by the door to the hot tub with 6 towels for use out there. Cleaning supplies are there...hand soap at every single sink...a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels...plenty of dish soap and dishwasher soap and even laundry detergent. What really impressed me though was in the master bedroom, the owners (I assume) have a little sign on the dresser inviting you to check the drawers for personal supplies that you may have forgotten...q-tips, shampoo and conditioner, finger nail polish remover and much more! I did find myself having to use the shampoo as I was so concerned about packing for all the rest that I forgot mine! :) Though we never needed to call on the Yonder team during our stay, they were extremely helpful and accommodating prior to our visit...promptly responding to all of my inquiries. I had actually booked a different property initially, but am SO HAPPY I switched to Marshall Skyline and the Yonder team made that so easy for me! To the owners of this property...THANK YOU!!! We treated your property as if it was our own, enjoying it and caring for it the way you clearly do. Thank you for sharing it with our family!!

"I stayed at Marshall Skyline Retreat on a fun and relaxing girls getaway. The house is gorgeously remodeled and has so many great features including a hot tub and game room. The beds are very comfortable and the view from the bay window is phenomenal. You will not regret your stay!

"Our stay at Marshall Skyline Retreat was fabulous! The views are incredible and the home itself is amazing! We felt at home the moment we got there. The house is extremely clean and the owners clearly put in a lot of thought from start to finish. There is so much space, a great porch, and wonderful amenities. Whether you want to watch movies in your own theater, work out in a private gym, play games all day, or just relax on one of the comfy couches, Marshall Skyline Retreat has it all!
