While early check-in or late check-out can’t be guaranteed, we always make every effort to honor these requests when availability allows. Paid options may be available.

Pets: Many of our guests have allergies, so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet, we are happy to recommend some alternatives nearby in our 'Pet Friendly Home' collection.

Quiet Policy :This home is located in a peaceful, private mountain community. To preserve the relaxing setting for everyone, please keep noise to a respectful level at all times. Parties and disruptive behavior aren’t permitted, and we kindly ask that you be mindful of neighbors and quiet hours starting at 10pm.

Payment, Cancellation & Travel Insurance : Please review our policies before booking.

Extended Stays: Reservations of 30 days or more are subject to review; stays exceeding 90 days require an additional agreement.  A security deposit, mid-stay cleaning fees and trash pick-up fees may apply depending on the length of stay.

Military Discount: We proudly offer a 5% discount to active duty military members and veterans. Proper documentation is required. Reach out to our Guest Experience Team for details. 

Last-Minute Bookings: For reservations made **within 7 days of arrival**, additional verification is required to protect our homeowners and guests.

"Luxury in the Mountains was a perfect spot for two couples for our Asheville getaway to explore the downtown breweries. The house was clean and exactly as pictured. Check in and out was easy. I would definitely stay again.

Good home base

"We were in town to look at properties and this house was central to all the places we were going to visit. When we first walked in we immediately noticed how clean and new the place is. Nicely furnished with plenty of space for 2. The living space is on the front of the house and the bedrooms are on the back with doors leading to the deck. There is a decent view of the mountains from the deck and a small field behind the house where we spotted a bear one morning - which was a highlight for us! There is a grocery just down the road and easy access to I-40, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and Asheville. Our only complaint would be the road noise from Charlotte Hwy behind the house. The house did insulate us from most of the noise but occasionally we could still hear it - particularly the night they repaved the highway. Overall we would recommend this house, just be aware there is some road noise.

"One of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed. If you’re looking to visit Asheville, this place is well worth it. If you’re driving, make sure you don’t use Apple Maps for this address - not sure if it was just our phones messing up but just a FYI. Took us about 20 mins away to a subway for some reason. We used another app and it got us there no issue. Thanks for having us, beautiful place, couldn’t have had a better stay. 10/10

"Loved this new build, location was perfect with easy access to downtown Asheville. It’s on the smaller side & beds are good for single adult or couple. The view from the back deck in the morning was our favorite part. Lots of towels, dishes & toiletries that are needed for your stay. There are a lot of windows to let the natural light in, although there are curtains, they are white so be prepared for the bedrooms to be brighter if you are a light sleeper or have trouble sleeping in on those bright mornings. Some heavy road noise as well, but only loud during rush hour. Host had quick communication when we reached out with a few questions & would definitely stay again.
