Welcome to Little Sparrow! This unique luxury destination, is newly constructed (2022) and while providing all of the modern amenities, exudes warmth. Tucked away, this is one of ten beautifully constructed villas located in the enclave of The Fold at Reynolds Mountain. A number of restaurants, shops, YMCA located within walking distance and you are a 10 minute drive to downtown Asheville and just around the corner from hiking, biking and kayaking!

Get ready to gather in one the most premier locations, create memories and all the while, you will feel right at home in Little Sparrow. When you walk in you are greeted with an open floor plan with comfortable seating to gather. The living room is where you can enjoy the gas fireplace and large screen smart tv. Enjoy the ease of cooking in the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook up your favorite meals and the large dining table has room for all!

The 4 guest rooms with private bathrooms will provide comfortable sleeping and plenty of privacy and each equipped with Smart TV's and wifi throughout. Enjoy some time on the back deck or take a dip in the hot tub after a long day of exploring. You will feel right at home and we'll have you coming back again and again!

Quiet Policy: Please note that the home is located in a very quiet community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: This home and property are dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.

"Great property and great location. Very clean and well-appointed. It had a homey feel. The back deck and hot tub were a bonus! We had a problem initially with the wifi, and the service to address it was immediate. Would definitely recommend.

"Little Sparrow was just right for us. We were in town for our son's track meet at UNCA. The campus was only 8 minutes away, and the house was wonderful. I agree with the comments of another reviewer who said it was even nicer in person. The house was immaculate and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked, and the hot tub and back porch were really nice. I will definitely stay at Little Sparrow next time I am in Asheville.

"We had a great stay at the Little Sparrow. The house easily fit 6 adults and 2 kids with plenty of room! The house was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials we needed. We were about 10 minutes drive from most things in Downtown Asheville, but the drive was worth it to have this great place to stay!

"Great property and property management. We had family in 3 units in this complex, in addition to our family in Little Sparrow, for our son's wedding. Clean, comfortable without any issues. Co-location with other families allowed us all to leisurely catch up outside the scheduled wedding events. Yonder's customer service is top notch. Great location with easy access to Asheville and surrounding towns.

"We stayed here for a friends 30th birthday party and we absolutely loved it! We were able to get an early check in to accommodate the surprise!! The place was a little difficult to find but they had already given us written instructions to tell us of this! The maps on your apple device will pull up the wrong address! You have to use google maps or follow written instructions. The place is BEAUTIFUL! Very roomy and spacious! We loved how everyone had their own space including bathroom and shower! The place was about 8-10 minutes from downtown! We loved the area was it’s own little town as there are a few places to eat etc within walking distance! We enjoyed our stay and will most definitely will be back!

"This weekend getaway trip far exceeded our expectations !! The Little Sparrow is a brand new villa located just 10 minutes to downtown Asheville. It is located in a charming area with restaurants, shops and even a YMCA within walking distance. It has an open floor plan that is setup to entertain along with 4 spacious guest rooms all with private baths. From the large hot tub on the porch where we relaxed while seeing wildlife to all the comforts throughout the villa we felt right at home! Little Sparrow has a full kitchen and a very large dining room table to accommodate even the largest family. Gigi and Brain were very attentive to all our needs and we are excited for a return trip. Don't pass this one up!
