Come experience Little Sadie! This beautiful property is one of ten beautifully constructed villas located in the enclave of The Fold at Reynolds Mountain. This newly built property (2022) will have you amazed by the attention to detail, the décor and finishes are top notch and exude luxury! One of the most sought after locations for travelers as you are walking distance to restaurants, shops, YMCA and more! And, located just a 10 minute drive from downtown Asheville, near hiking, biking and kayaking, this will be the perfect home away from home for your time in the area!

Upon entering the main level, you will be welcomed by an abundance of natural light and the open floor plan, including a fully equipped kitchen, large dining table and a living space featuring a gas fireplace with a beautiful stone surround. Everything is newly furnished and has a fresh clean feel to it for you to relax and enjoy your stay.

There are 4 guest rooms, for everyone to have their own space, including a main level King Room with ensuite bathroom. The other 3 guest rooms are on the second level and all are outfitted with King beds, which are sure to provide a restful night. You can end the fun filled day, on the second level, just step out on to the deck where you can enjoy a cocktail or relax in the hot tub and take the mountain air. Quiet Policy: Please note that the home is located in a very quiet community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.

"Great home. Clean! New! Perfect for our family. The bedrooms were big and comfy. The area was quiet and perfect for families. We went to Biltmore, we had a lacrosse tournament at two different sports facilities - everything is within 20 minutes away. The immediate area is really nice. There is a little village at the bottom of the hill, but its kinda empty. It does have a great pub style restaurant that we ate at multiple times. We would definitely book this villa again. Or any of the adjacent ones. We did call Yonder once and the communication was great! Thank you so much

"This is a lovely unit! There were 7 of us, so having 3 1/2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms was wonderful. Beds were super comfortable. Living room seated us all comfortably. If you are bringing 2 cars be aware that the parking area is a little narrow; your cars will fit, but it will be tight. Suggestions for owners: hair dryers in each bathroom would be helpful along with Kleenex supplied. Would certainly stay here again.

"I have stayed in multiple vacation rentals in Asheville and this is my favorite so far. It was a nice, clean home. The neighborhood was nice and safe. Having a parking space was a big plus. The beds were super comfy. It was only a 12 minute drive to Asheville. We had no problem getting Ubers from the home. Would definitely recommend

"I’ve stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and this might have been my best experience to date. Immaculately clean, modern, well appointed, spacious, excellent location, reasonable price and a hot tub! My only complaints are 1) the master bedroom bed mattress was pretty squishy and I prefer a firm mattress and 2) there were no condiments or spices in the kitchen. Overall excellent experience!

"Everyone said it was the nicest vacation they’d ever stayed in. Probably best for families with cars and not groups who plan to drink downtown. The surrounding neighborhood is also a little sleepier than we expected. The house was perfect regardless and would stay again. The hot tub was very clean also.

"We were traveling in for a wedding and this property was perfect for us. Easy to find, close to both the venue and Asheville, and super spacious and comfortable. New, nicely decorated and plenty of room for all our stuff. I would come back with family to explore the great hiking in the area. Hot tub was a nice perk, and there was a restaurant within walking distance which was handy. Great house!

"We stayed over Christmas at the Little Sadie (townhouse) in Woodfin. The location is very convenient to downtown Asheville (10-12min). The house has a nice hot tub on 2nd flr balcony and an overall nice contemporary home design. There is a great sports bar/ restaurant within walking distance. Minor issues on 1st flr - no closet/coat rack and one small shade above bed didn’t close w/rod. Management company is very organized with information and provided helpful app for location. We had a great time over all.

"After renting the "Southbound" unit in Woodfin, my wife, daughter and I decided it and the units like it would be where we'll stay in Asheville in the winter from here on. Clean, modern, well-maintained, ample space, great design, and the private hot tub (hence our winter place) on the deck is the cherry on top. We took advantage of the 5% repeat-guest discount by booking the "Little Sadie" unit directly through Yonder. It, too, exceeded our expectations for comfort, design, and relaxation. And the "thank you" basket for being a loyal customer was a classy and unexpected touch... nice when a company makes you feel special, and it rarely happens. Thank you... we'll be back.

"We absolutely loved our stay at Little Sadie by Yonder. What a lovely quiet community just a short right to all the action of Downtown Asheville (just 10 min). The unit was lovely, exactly as described in the listing - modern, clean, spacious and thoughtfully designed. We loved the “starter supplies” provided (especially the coffee and laundry supplies), and how friendly and communicative the Yonder management team was during our stay. We will for sure be back, but next time with friends and family - the perfect spot to rent multiple units while giving everyone the space they desire! 10/10 Recommend, don’t hesitate and book this unit now.

Modern and Comfortable Duplex with a Nice View in a Quiet Neighborhood

"Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Little Sadie. As we were the first people to rent this brand new property, the owners were very gracious and provided us with a few things the home needed (like an iron! :)) Their enthusiasm about the development was palpable. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens were fantastic. The kitchen is the perfect size for a group or family vacation. We enjoyed the hot tub on the second floor deck while watching the sunset over the mountaintops in the distance. The convenience of parking our van right by the front door made quick trips very easy. The street for the rental units is a dead-end, making for no traffic noise. The Reynolds Mountain neighborhood has a private feel to it and the rental home is walking distance to a small business district for dinner at The Village Porch, drinks, baked goods, and some activities. It looks like it’s up and coming as there are a lot of brand new spaces being finished. We enjoyed taking a walk up the hill to see even more stunning Mountain Views and nice homes. The overall location in Woodfin was convenient to anything we wanted to see in the Asheville area, with easy access to highways or direct roads right into downtown. Grocery stores, and any modern necessities are as little as a 5 minute drive away. If you are looking for spacious luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms in a quiet and convenient neighborhood, Little Sadie is for you!
