Parties and disruptive behavior aren’t permitted, and we kindly ask that you be mindful of neighbors and quiet hours starting at 10pm.

Extended Stays Reservations of 30 days or more are subject to review; stays exceeding 90 days require an additional agreement. A security deposit, mid stay cleaning fees and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay.

"The property and house are great. Outstanding amenities for a single family with children. Marion is not typically thought about as a destination, but its proximity to lake James, Mt. Mitchell, Linville, black mtn and Asheville makes it a prime jumping off spot to meet all your needs. Clean house, amazing mattresses and a gorgeous view. Highly recommend

"This was one of the most fabulous places that I’ve ever stayed. There is an amazing view. They have thought of everything to make this a comfortable stay and to make sure you are at home. Anything that you would need, they have thought of it. I loved it because it was up in the mountains, but not too far away from everything. The decorating is gorgeous the hot tub made it that much better. Such an adorable place. I will be back again. The flowers and landscaping were gorgeous. You could spend all day watching the birds and butterflies. Loved it!!!

"So glad we found this beautiful property. Nested in the hills of the NC Mountains close to Lake James. We had a large family and the house didn’t disappoint. The views are spectacular, something for all ages and the little touches are so thoughtful. Game room and pool table were a hit daily and our pups enjoyed themselves too. We will be back!

"We had a fantastic family vacation at a cabin managed by Yonder in the Marion, NC area. The cabin itself was beautiful, clean, had a fully stocked kitchen for cooking, in a wonderful location and full of activities for my teenagers (who said this was one of their best vacations ever). Yonder was easy to work with, very responsive and just kind people. I will rent from them again!

"Magical stay at LAUGHING LOGS! Stunning Mountain views off the wraparound porch were perfect for gathering together for a long girls weekend. This cabin feels remote when you are there but is very easy to access off the main roads and close to the adorable downtown. Host was also very responsive and helpful! We will be back!

"We stayed at Laughing Logs with a group of girlfriends. It is an amazing house!!!! So much room to spread out in with 2 kitchens and 2 outdoor levels. Oh my gosh and the decor is so perfect! The view is amazing and it’s close to Black Mountain which is the cutest little mountain town with lots of shops and places to eat! We had so much fun on our girls trip and will for sure be back!

"Such a beautiful property. Pictures don’t do it justice. Lovely space for a family of 9 to have plenty of room. All ages enjoyed the game barn and pool table. We had a great time eating outside and dogs enjoyed the upstairs deck area overlooking the mountains. House was very clean and amenities were thought out. "We had such a great time at Laughing Logs cabin with our long-time friends! The cabin layout is perfect for a group, with two kitchens and plenty of bathrooms. It was so clean and well stocked. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the spacious deck and taking in the mountain views and spectacular sunrises. The yoga studio and arcade room are a nice bonus to the property. And the hot tub…what else do you need? The cabin is minutes from major highways and downtown Marion, yet feels like you are away from the world. We will definitely be back to visit this cabin!
