"Wonderful 4 bdrm 4.5 bath home in a great location! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was a nice respite at the end of the day. The location was great for getting around the area - 10 minutes to downtown, easy on/off the freeway for adventures, close to restaurants and grocery stores. We had a family of 5 where everyone could spread out, but this place would also work for 4 couples easily. The unit is on the end of a row of houses/ duplexes and we loved the location - we even had a black bear walk past the window on the first morning! There was ample communication from the host. We will definitely consider staying here again.

"My husband and I traveled with my 78 year old mother-in-law, two sister-in-laws and their husbands. The villa was perfect! My mother-in-law did not have to navigate any stairs. Everyone enjoyed their own king size rooms with en-suite bathrooms! Location was great!

"Great house in a great location. Easy access to downtown and area activities. Enough room for 4 couples. Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen and the hot tub was a nice bonus after a long day out exploring. Will definitely consider staying here again and will recommend to friends.

"Lovely home. Very close to Asheville and many yummy restaurants, Grove Park Inn, Biltmore. When needing missing floor and kitchen towels, they were promptly provided. Fridge filter needed to be changed. Wish there were more hair dryers. Only one provided.

"Perfect location for an Asheville getaway weekend. Whoever came up with the design for this development truly thought through all the things you need for a great stay in Asheville - 4 king bedrooms each with a bathroom, comfortable and well-appointed common areas and a private hot tub. The property is located in a wonderful development only 12 minutes to Biltmore or downtown Asheville and a very easy drive. A large YMCA and restaurant are only minutes away. It's a very safe neighborhood and well maintained. I have stayed here before and this is my go-to place to stay when in Asheville.

"This is a wonderful location. So close the everything (just a short drive) but still peaceful and quiet. The house is very clean and well done! It’s very well taken care of. And having an en-suite full bath for each bedroom is wonderful. Fully recommend staying here the enjoy some mountain quiet along with Asheville excursions.

"Everything was great except for a stain on my bedspread in the room with the bug pics. Also the outlets in the bathrooms didn't work. We tried re-setting the breaker but it didn't work. Kind of a bummer if you wanted to style your hair.

Just what we wanted

"We had four golfers in our group. This condo seemed perfect for us. We each had a comfortable bedroom with our own bathroom. The common area was large enough for us to be comfortable at night. We also enjoyed the location, which was close enough to downtown, but also had places to eat and drink very nearby. If we come to play golf in Asheville again, this will be our first choice.

"Four couples stayed here and each bedroom has its own bathroom*. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc, but needs a large nonstick fry pan. The Villa does not have cable so you need to use your own streaming channels. Remember to bring your passwords. The handbook needs better instructions on how to do this and also how to use the toggle switch to change the speed of the living room fan. Luckily maintinance called us right back and explained how to do this. Publix is 6 minutes away in Weaversville. If you want an unusual and excellent dinner try "Stoney Knob Cafe" which is by Weaversville. The trolley ride, with free parking at the visitors center, is an excellent, stress free way to navigate around Asheville.

"The residence was excellent from top to bottom. Very clean and modern. Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are spacious. Easy access to downtown Asheville, about a 10 minute drive. The hot tub was well utilized. The only recommendation I have is that you should stock the kitchen with a few additional items such as olive oil and canola oil, 6-7 additional spices or a spice rack. These items can last over time and are not a significant expense, but go a long way in allowing guests to cook meals without having to buy all the necessities.

"I stayed at High on the Mountain with a group of friends and we all loved it! It was wonderful that each room had its own ensuite bathroom and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean and the fully equipped kitchen was great. We were able to get an uber easily to go downtown Asheville, but it was also close to area restaurants. The hot tub was perfect to relax in in the evenings! We would love to stay here again!
