Although complimentary on-site parking is not available, several secure public garages are just a short walk from the property.

Parties and disruptive behavior aren’t permitted, and we kindly ask that you be mindful of neighbors and quiet hours starting at 10 pm.

"This condo is great. Our group of college friends tries to get together every other year and we love Asheville. This year, we wanted to stay in Asheville proper, where we could park once and walk to everything. The location is outstanding--a quick walk to everything in downtown Asheville, but located on a quieter side street. The condo had plenty of room for our group of six women. We would definitely stay here again.

Close to EVERYTHING

"This place worked out great for our guy's weekend trip. We considered renting a larger place further from town but ended up deciding to stay in town and we were 100% happy with that decision. For a brewery centric trip and for exploring Asheville by foot, EVERYTHING was walkable and staying in town saved us multiple Uber rides. Every brewery and restaurant we visited was less than a 15 minute walk. The house was very clean and completely met the description. As a group of five, we all had our separate spaces for sleeping. Would definitely stay again.

"My wife and I stayed on the property at 18 Church St in Asheville. The location was perfect. Restaurants, breweries, and plenty of shopping all within walking distance. The property was nice and clean. And of course The Biltmore and the NC Arboretum were short drives.
