Pets Owners will accept dogs on a case by case basis. Please reach out to our team with more detail details about your pet – breed, size, age, and temperament. Up to 2 dogs may be approved with a $130 non-refundable pet fee.

Quiet Policy This home is located in a peaceful, private mountain community. To preserve the relaxing setting for everyone, please keep noise to a respectful level at all times. Parties and disruptive behavior aren’t permitted, and we kindly ask that you be mindful of neighbors and quiet hours starting at 10pm.

Extended Stays Stays exceeding 90 days require an additional agreement. A security deposit may be required and monthly mid stay cleans by our housekeeping team and trash pick ups every 10 days will be required and added separately after you've booked.

Last-Minute Bookings For reservations made **within 7 days of arrival**, additional verification is required to protect our homeowners and guests. This includes:

"This beautiful home has everything you need for a comfortable long-term stay. The location is ideal, just a short 10-minute drive to downtown Asheville and its fantastic restaurants and breweries. The house was clean and cozy, with a welcoming open floor plan. I cooked many meals in the well equipped kitchen, and the gas range was a huge plus. I would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely home in the hills

"We spent a week at Haw Creek Escape in June. This home is lovely and immaculate. Everything was new. There are three master bedrooms—a large en suite bathroom in each. Decks on both levels. A family/rec room with huge fireplace upstairs. Plenty of space to come together, while still offering space if you want some alone time. You feel like you’re sitting in the trees while enjoying the fire pit on the upper deck. Home is well appointed with everything you need to eat in if you choose. Close to downtown Asheville, which is great with plenty of restaurants and bars and breweries to enjoy. Nice rides to great spots to enjoy the mountain views. We would definitely stay here again. Any questions were quickly addressed.
