50th Birthday

"This home was the perfect place for my 50th birthday celebration with my mom and 9 siblings. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. There are great spaces to gather together. The kitchen was big enough for us to cook and visit. Outside is private with beautiful trees surrounding it.

"The house was absolutely amazing! It was right next to The Local Joint and Whistle Hop Brewing but it was really easy to get downtown too. Plenty of space and TVs and a really fun game room. I would love to book again.

Great experience!

"We had a great stay and experience. The communication was amazing. I would definitely stay again if I returned to Asheville. The house was also equipped with plenty of paper towels, trash bags, detergents, toilet paper, etc.... FIVE STARS! Plenty of beds and space! It is about 8 miles from Asheville so it was tougher to get ubers but we were always able to book one! It just took anywhere from 10-15 minutes to be paired with someone.

"Our children and grandchildren had a wonderful stay at Harper's Knoll. The home was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. Bedrooms were plentiful and spacious. The downstairs area was a special bonus for the grandchildren. I would highly recommend this property for family gatherings.

Great getaway!

"We loved staying here. We had a group of friends and family, and there was plenty of space, we had everything we needed. The hot tub worked well, and provided some relaxation time. We had a beautiful afternoon, where we were able to build a fire in the fire pit and relax there as well. Other times we were a short trip into downtown Asheville, or had plenty of space to play games and relax.

What a great home for a large group!

"The space in this property was amazing! We had 4 families meeting here for Thanksgiving and we all had basically our own floor/space of the home. The yard has a funky drop off in the front but big enough for the kids to throw a frisbee and kick a soccer ball around. It was also close to some really cool breweries and close enough to Asheville for a quick outing. We enjoyed this stay and are looking to book again for next year!

"Yonder’s customer service was a pleasurable experience. The Home provided all the needs of comfort and relaxation for our Critical Emergency Response Team to assist with disaster relief in the aftermath of hurricane Helene. Yonder & Homeowner delivered on every promise of Beaty and tranquility providing my team the rest and peace needed after working amidst the devastation and suffering of so many along side Sumaritan’s Purse and other organizations. Pray for the healing of all the western mountain communities in North Carolina. Send the laborers and support to restore hope and peace. 1st Peter 3:1 & Romans 15:13. Jesus is our Hope and the Prince of Peace.

Empty Nesters Asheville Trip

"Harpers Knoll was perfect! It was the absolute cleanest vacation rental I have ever stayed in. Check in and out was easy and they have a detailed three ring binder that answers any question you could possibly have. It was close to downtown and The Biltmore. It had everything we needed and made our trip to Asheville very enjoyable.

Pleasantly Pleased

"The description was accurate. There were spare hot tub towels, which was great. However, the description said they may or may not be available so we were nervous about that but pleasantly pleased when we saw them. The house is in a private area and very close to a main road with quick and easy access to Asheville. And the drive to Hendersonville / DuPont State Forest was not bad at all (about 45 min). The pillows were quite hard but if that is my only minor complaint then the rest of the place must have been great! We asked Yonder a few questions leading up to and during our stay - they were very responsive and specific. Thanks again to Yonder for hosting us!

Absolutely Perfect

"This place was perfect for our family. The house was super clean. Everyone had their own space in the house. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We had issues with the TVs in the second bedroom suite and someone came and fixed it that same day. We were close to Biltmore Estate, which was the reason for coming to the area. I would stay at this place again.
