Security Deposit Reservations of 60 nights or fewer require a $1,000 security deposit. For stays longer than 60 nights, the security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.

Check-In / Check-Out Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. We’re happy to review early and late check requests and will do our best to accommodate. While early check-in or late check-out can’t be guaranteed, we always make every effort to honor these requests when availability allows. Paid options may be available.

Pets Dog-friendly! Up to 2 dogs allowed with a $130 non-refundable pet fee.

Quiet Policy This home is located in a peaceful, private mountain community. To preserve the relaxing setting for everyone, please keep noise to a respectful level at all times. Parties and disruptive behavior aren’t permitted, and we kindly ask that you be mindful of neighbors and quiet hours starting at 10pm.

Extended Stays Reservations of 30 days or more are subject to review; stays exceeding 90 days require an additional agreement. A security deposit, mid stay cleaning fees and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay.

Last-Minute Bookings For reservations made **within 5 days of arrival**, additional verification is required to protect our homeowners and guests. This includes:

* A photo showing the last 4 digits of the payment method in the primary guest’s name

Cute and Cozy Cottage

"My family and I stayed at Green Door Cottage in July. The home is conveniently located in a nice neighborhood 10 minutes to downtown and about 5 minutes to the Biltmore Estate. It's an older home that has been completely remodeled to a modern, open concept floorplan. Plenty of seating at the large kitchen island, as well as a dining table. Beautiful artwork adorns the walls. Comfy furniture inside and on the front porch. Best of all, there's a completely fenced in backyard where we could let our dog out. We had a great stay and highly recommend this cute and cozy cottage.
