Come experience Fairway Harmony! You will be engulfed in the peacefulness of this spacious Mid Century Modern home the minute you step inside. You are welcomed by a large wall of windows, with a picturesque view of the golf course.

Located close enough to pop into downtown Hendersonville to check out the unique boutiques, restaurants, and street scenes. There is lots of fun nearby, from breweries and wineries to hiking trails! Featuring two living spaces, equipped with comfortable seating, gas fireplaces and large screen tv's for streaming your favorite shows.

The kitchen is well equipped for all your culinary needs including stainless steel appliances and a coffee area. Choose between sitting at the bar or at the lovely dining table look outside to the large deck. There are two cozy guest rooms available, with lovely décor to choose from, a king bed and a queen bed.
There is plenty of comfortable seating on the expansive deck to take in the mountain air. Walk out to the fire pit after a fun filled day of exploring and roast some marshmallows at the fire pit or enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub!

Another Fantastic Stay

"This house was a bit of a surprise... in the best of ways! Maybe I didn't review the listing properly, but I wasn't expecting the fantastic view, the privacy (given it's on a golf course!) and the MUSIC ROOM! What a space! Of the 3 times I've rented through Yonder, this was the first time I felt compelled to take a video of the house. The layout was open and flowing and included details that made it obvious someone put a lot of thought into everything. The wrap-around deck with gas grill... the fireplace... the fire pit... everything worked INCLUDING the multiple sliding doors leading to outside. This can always be a crap shoot in rental properties! It may seem small, but being able to use the doors without feeling like you are causing more damage was HUGE for me. Yonder is 3 for 3 for me, and this property was a home run. I will definitely try to rent this one again. It is memories waiting to happen.

Mini-Honeymoon

"Trevor & I got married on 11/9 and knew we wanted to stay in WNC for our mini-honeymoon. Your house was perfect for us! We adventured each day to a town and spent each night cooking together and soaking in the hot tub. It was the perfect location to take day trips around Western NC. Thank you for opening up your home to guests and allowing us to enjoy it. This was the most perfect place to start our marriage journey. We really enjoyed our stay!

Family Stay

"Great place for a family stay. The TV room (giant couch, TV, windows, tons and tons of movies) is perfect for a cozy night. The hot tub is comfortable and clean and we used it many times. Well outfitted kitchen in terms of dishes/utensils. No pantry items other than salt/pepper so bring your own olive oil, etc. Every room has tons of very soft blankets to cuddle up with, which was a nice touch. Spacious bedrooms with nice bathrooms. A very comfortable place to stay.

Truly Stunning

"This house is truly stunning, the pictures do not do it justice. It is a bright, airy mid-century gem that brings the outside in with its floor to ceiling windows and many full wall sliding doors. The house faces out so from the view you only see the trees and rolling hills. Our favorite spot inside was the incredibly comfortable cloud couch where we would spend the evenings by the fire watching movies. Outside, we loved bouncing back and forth between the fire pit and the hot tub. The town itself is not super close to the action of Asheville but we didn’t mind as we enjoyed the semi-seclusion and quiet. It was definitely the perfect, picturesque fall getaway.

Really great spot

"Really great spot. Close to “downtown” Hendersonville and not far from many hiking trails. Went for a weekend and was able to get in a lot of hiking. Amazing place to come back to, with comfortable areas to lounge, jacuzzi, and fire pit with lots of wood provided. Was very pleased with our experience!

As musicians traveling without our instruments, this was a blast! We were especially taken with the beauty of your decor and how it seemed like every element was chosen with such care. "Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home for a few days. We loved the view from the patio, relaxing in the hot tub and lounging around on the big couch downstairs. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer. Love seeing all the work you have put into your home. Loved all of the decor and special touches, especially the incorporation of old and new.
