The home affords year round access, and is great for groups of any and all ages. The home is situated just outside of Barnardsville, NC, affording privacy for everyone to relax & enjoy the feel of the WNC mountains. Dynamite Ridge is located on a private estate, surrounded by wooded mountains.

Get ready to be “wowed” by the never-ending views and natural surroundings from this contemporary mountain retreat. With soaring vistas, high ceilings, vaulted rooms, and cozy spaces, you will immediately feel at home at Dynamite Ridge. (That is of course if you can tear yourself away from the outdoor areas & soaking in the spectacle of the Blue Ridge Mountains, & actually venture inside!) The abode affords a cozy great room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and MORE, with plenty of space to unwind and gather with your group. But, if you need some “alone time”, there is plenty of space inside and out to find your own serenity. There are 30 acres you can explore and the ultimate front porch for ultimate outdoor relaxation.

Rate Info And Fees: Yonder openly shares our Cleaning Fees in a manner of full disclosure, as we think this is the most honest and forthright approach with respect to our guests. Our Cleaning Fees are backed by our Clean Guarantee, which reflects the highest level of standards, pristine environments for our guests, and a level of cleanness that surpasses any other vacation home; we literally guarantee it! processing fee. The current local tax rate is 13% NO Security Deposit is required/Guests are responsible for damages.

Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.

Events: Events are allowed at this property for up to 25 guests. NOTE: ALL Events will have fees associated with hosting an Event, and determined/finalized once a guest head count is shared. The Event Fee will be assessed outside of, and separate from the normal rental costs. "This was the perfect getaway for our family of 6. We enjoyed the views of the mountains from the ample porch with comfortable seating. Everything was clean, and the kitchen was spacious. We cooked in the kitchen and relaxed in the living room while playing games and watching basketball games. It was the perfect distance from Asheville. The food recommendations in the binder were spot on!! Stoney Knob Cafe was delicious and quirky!

"Steve the owner came out and had a short visit, adding a personal touch. We've never stayed in a nicer house. Everything we needed was there. I would recommend staying here. The peace and quiet, fireflies, chipmunks, stars at night, time to read and write, were priceless. Did I mention the incredible shower? The soaking tub? And Publix and Aldi close enough!? "Absolutely beautiful property and surroundings. The driveway is a little steep, and got a little confusing coming in at night time, but they had some wooden signs out to try to help direct you the right way. We did figure it out, and you don't need four-wheel drive to get up the hill. The house itself is beautiful, clean, and perfect for what we needed. The outside space is beautiful and lots of seating available. Overall I would 100% stay here again

"Very nice home in a secluded area. Very peaceful surroundings. Nice place to go to take a break from life. Nothing really to do in the small town the house is located in, but a short easy 15-20 minute drive to Asheville. House included a pack-n-play and a baby gate for the stairs. "This owner has literally thought of everything a guest might need! The home is comfortable, clean, and very well appointed. The kitchen was supplied with the highest quality cookware and utensils. "House was beautiful, located right across from Navitat. Gorgeous surroundings. Very comfortable. We had an issue with AC not working during our stay, a mouse had gotten into the AC unit. "The appointments of this property exceeded expectations, particularly the kitchen. From the pots and pans to the cutlery to the appliances it was a dream. I’ll say the grill was the greatest surprise! It felt like I was christening it with our chicken it was so pristine. The grill tools were right there, the grate sparkled, and there was a backup propane tank. Beds and baths were all great. It was the kind of place you want to go to and take care of as if it is your own. The only complaint was the weekend was a wee bit too cold to take advantage of outside seating and dining areas - no one’s fault in mid-March in the mountains. Just reason to return for another long weekend! Thanks for everything.

"We had an amazing stay at Dynamite Ridge. The home is beautiful, well maintained, even prettier than in the pictures. We loved the master suite in the main level, wraparound porch, dense woods which gives the feel of living in a tree house. We were pleased to meet Steve, the owner. "This property was gorgeous! Everything was modern and tastefully decorated. It also had the right amount of space and the perfect layout for our family. My husband and I enjoyed having the privacy of a bedroom on the main level, with the kids enjoying their own space upstairs. More importantly however, this cabin was SPOTLESS! We have rented many cabins over the years and I can honestly say this was the cleanest one we’ve been in. I also had a chance to directly speak with the owner because I forgot a few items at the cabin. Such a kind man! He contacted me about the items and even sent them to me directly. I would absolutely recommend staying at this cabin - overall, it was a relaxing, hassle-free experience from booking to check out.

"We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Dynamite Ridge. This is a newer home and was extremely roomy and clean with modern amenities. The wood floors were beautiful and the remote-controlled gas fireplace was great! The kitchen was very fully-stocked and had everything we needed. I loved the huge wide wrap-around porch - especially the covered part with comfy outdoor furniture. Smart TV’s (I logged into my Amazon Prime) and WiFi all worked great. The master bed was very comfortable – not too soft, not too hard, and not too bouncy… just right! The shower was nice – almost too big, and had good acoustics for singing  I’m always happy for a full-size washer & dryer for travelling home with clean clothes. This is a relatively quiet woodsy location with breezy nature sounds, though you can hear the occasional passing car on the main road below, as well as some happy “whohoo” yells from Navitat Zip-lines across the valley. Otherwise very peaceful. There is enough of a view to see a few mountain tops, and the fall colors were absolutely beautiful during our stay. After turning on to the gravel road at the property, there is a house immediately to the right, and as you follow the signs there's a camper on the hill, and another house straight ahead. Then a swing & firepit where you do a right-u-turn and go straight up a short gravel driveway that's a little steep, but it was no problem for our 2-wheel drive CRV and I imagine it would be fine for just about any vehicle. Parking was perfect since we could pull right up to the house, so unpacking and packing our luggage and groceries was a breeze. Weaverville is the closest place for a selection of grocery stores, and be sure to check out Well Bread Bakery..mmmm! If you take the scenic route to Reams Creek Rd. you can visit their food truck location. We also love Blue Mountain Pizza, and Stony Knob was close enough for a nice dinner (we actually did take out from there one night.) We met the owner, Steve, who came to address an issue when the pilot light to the fireplace went out. He was very nice, and shout-out to Kody from the gas company that came to replace a part after hours, so we had our nice cozy fire again for the cold weather! I have no complaints, and would highly recommend this property for a fantastic stay!

Great House for a Getaway

"This is a great house, brand new, with comfortable beds and the best-outfitted kitchen I’ve ever had for an Airbnb! The wrap-around porch is fantastic and you can hear the little creek down through the trees. We had some issues getting to the house because it was after dark, and it gets very dark! Try and arrive in the daylight. If you want to be in the middle of nowhere up in the trees then this is a great, quiet place. Otherwise, it’s probably 25-30 minutes from Asheville. There isn’t really much to do without getting in the car and driving somewhere. A little expensive for the location, but otherwise a great house.

"Dynamite Ridge was so very relaxing, new and clean! This spacious property offered the solitude and peace I was looking for. "Our first time staying outside the city of Asheville, Dynamite Ridge proved to be the perfect spot to enjoy our many outdoors activities. While we still ventured into Asheville for some of the great things the city has to offer (e.g. Vortex Doughnuts), we also enjoyed nearby zip lining at Navitat and whitewater rafting at Blue Heron Adventures. Dynamite Ridge offered all the amenities you would expect in a high-end new house...plenty of pots/pans, coffee maker, gorgeous bathrooms, large TVs with all streaming services and cable. We especially like the wrap around porch, which brought us closer to the beautiful scenery. Our family of four loved our stay at Dynamite Ridge, and we will certainly return!

"BEAUTIFUL HOME!! Felt like the luxury of staying in a hotel, but not in the city. The wrap around porch was our favorite spot, we even kept the doors open most of our stay for a cool breeze & just to hear the birds and crickets. There was a Keurig, plenty of towels, & soap. The showers were amazing! The beds were definitely more comfortable than most hotels we’ve stayed in. Very updated, new home as compared to other dusty cabins with hard beds & grandma’s floral quilts. Lol I had several messages asking for the link, everyone loved my videos of our stay.

"Loved how secluded we were! So peaceful and exactly what we were looking for. Beautifully maintained with real pride of ownership. The only advice I would offer future renters is that it was a bit tricky with young kids because sound really travels in the cabin so they woke each other up in the mornings and we had to be quiet at night.

Beautiful Home for a Group Trip!

"This place was a beautiful home for a group trip with friends. We were able to easily cook multiple meals in the kitchen and gather in the sizable living area. Everything was clean and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us to spread out. The back patio and soaking tub were especially nice. About 25 minutes from downtown Asheville.

"My mom and my two kids (4 and 8) rented the property for a long weekend getaway! The house is gorgeous and in perfect condition. We had a wonderful time exploring the area, including nearby Asheville. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet getaway with fairly easy access to Asheville.

"This new house was perfectly clean. Everything was new and well stocked. A great house in a private setting only 30 minutes away from everything. We visited Asheville, hiked, played games, cooked, and relaxed. All the TV channels if you need them and great internet. I would stay here again.

"The property is great. Newly constructed, beautifully decorated and furnished. All is brand new. The garden is really well kept. The house is very well equipped. Really comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The rooms are much larger that they appear in the pictures. The house does have clothes dryer even though the description said it didn't. The only thing missing was a curtain for the main bedroom window. Wi fi was really good and compensated for no cell reception. The house was really clean and the checkin and check out procedure very simple.
