Welcome to Brush Creek Pool House! The grand estate pool house and property have undergone a huge renovation (2022) and it looks spectacular! This is the ultimate luxury vacation spot for your family’s time in the mountains of Western North Carolina. In planning & executing the major renovations, our guests' needs were intensively considered during the designing and decorating of the home. You will have a ton of amenities including a seasonal swimming pool, hot tub, game room, stunning waterfall water feature, and much more! Come enjoy & truly experience an amazing estate, only 20 minutes to Biltmore Estate and downtown Asheville!

You will feel right at home as you enter the grand two-level entryway along with the rustic details and the modern touches. There is plenty of space for all, including a spacious Great room with a large sectional, large screen TV and electric fireplace to take in a game or movie. The Keeping room off the kitchen is lovely with 2 comfortable leather sofas with tons of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped, all stainless-steel appliances, including 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and a wet bar & drink fridge. A custom-built dining table and large island with bar seating is where everyone will want to gather and enjoy a meal.

This stunning property offers 8 bedrooms, in the main house, all outfitted with brand new mattresses to ensure a restful sleep, each with their own bathroom. The last 2 King ensuite bedrooms are in the detached Bungalow building near the game room, for a total of 10-bedrooms & 12.5 bathrooms. The game room is huge and has something for everyone, including pool table, ping pong, corn hole, etc. Another refrigerator is out there for your convenience.

And last, but certainly not least, are the amazing outdoor spaces! This is going to be the main attraction whether it’s pool season or not. Brush Creek Pool House is perched on over 3 acres of land, with space to explore. Step out onto the covered deck with comfortable seating, perfect for a morning cup of coffee. The swimming pool is available seasonally with plenty of lounge chairs available. This is such a relaxing space where you are surrounded by the beautiful greenery the Blue Ridge Mountains provide. When you can’t tear yourself away from the pool area, no problem, there are picnic tables & the massive, covered Pavilion for dining outside, or just hanging out. You will enjoy your time so much that you may not want to leave!

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet we can recommend some alternatives nearby.

"Fantastically equipped property with easy access to all the local attractions. Our group of eighteen enjoyed the well stocked kitchen, great entertaining space, and nice outdoor leisure area. In addition the access to outdoor activities and local attractions was top notch. All while being tucked away in a wonderfully quiet and serene setting.

"We loved Brush Creek Pool House so much!! The house was spacious, lovely, and with amenities to the max which we all enjoyed thoroughly!! The pool, the hot tub, the fire pit, the game room, the spacious kitchen and outdoor seating, And lovely bedrooms with en suite bathrooms many with king beds were wonderful!! And the top floor with the large bunkbeds was to quote my great nephews – kid heaven!! What a terrific place for our family from around the country to be together. "I reserved the Brush Creek Pool House for a January Content Creators Retreat with seventeen women who appreciate sophisticated style and comfort! My bloggers specifically requested a beautifully designed home with a large dining table to seat everyone, plenty of comfortable beds and baths to minimize sharing, and a spacious yet cozy living area for our Mastermind sessions. "This is the most beautiful home we’ve rented for our 9th Family Reunion. The home matches the pictures you see on line. It’s beautiful, clean, modern furniture and comfortable. The pool is well taken of and clean. The game room was outstanding and the two bedrooms attached were very nice and modern. Communication with our host Brian and staff was excellent. They were very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The property was very quiet and in a beautiful area with views of the mountains. Thank you Brian and thank you Yonder. We will be back!

"Brush Creek Rd. Home was outstanding. The kitchen was well furnished with dishes, appliances, pots, pans, and utensils. The kids loved the game room which is separate from the main house. There was plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and space for the 15 in our family. Pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. Location is about a 20 minute drive into Asheville and Biltmore. Local Hilltop Ice Cream a big hit!! Highly recommend this home!

"Brush Creek Rd. Home was a family favorite! Plenty of kitchen, eating space, bedrooms with own bathrooms, well furnished game room, and lovely pool and property. The home was very well maintained and Yonder Contact People were prompt and friendly. Our only issue was when we went to grill, the propane tank was empty and no spare were available. Kind man offered to bring one but it would have been an hour wait which did not accommodate our family of 15 and the wait time. Indoor grill on stove was very accommodating though. We would certainly come back!

"This house was spectacular! My sister and I rented this house for a family reunion. We had 11adults and 7 children ages 10 - 2. We had plenty of room and the kids loved having their own bunk room. The house had so many amenities! The pool, hot tub and game room were enjoyed by kid and the adults! The kitchen had everything you could want from tons of seating to every appliance you could ever need. This is a perfect place for large groups. The rental agency was very responsive to any questions. I can't recommend this house enough! Amazing!

"We were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful this home was. We had 19 total people, and the bunk rooms and king beds were great for sleeping everyone comfortably. The kitchen had so many great supplies available that we felt right at home and were able to do lots of cooking at the home after a quick trip just 20 minutes down the road to grab groceries. We used this home for a work retreat, and the options for seating and different spaces allowed for multiple meetings at once to happen without confusion. The game room was a big hit with everyone and provided a space in the evening to relax and have fun. We drove into Mills River area just 23 minutes away for Friday evening to eat at Sierra Nevada. Lots of our team had the opportunity to take mid-day walks around the area as well which was great to see the beautiful views. I truly cannot recommend this place enough and we are already booking again for our retreat next year when the dates become available!

"Would give this property 10 stars if I could! We had a group of 19 girls and the house was more than big enough to fit us and give us space. Every room and every bathroom were so clean and the entire house was well organized. Bummed we could not stay even longer! We would 100% stay at this property again. The views were gorgeous!

"This property is stunning. We had 16 people and never once felt crowded. There were plenty of beds, bathrooms, furniture, parking et al. The game room was an excellent feature. We wish we had come when it was warm as the pool area looked fabulous. My only suggestion would be some sort of storage to keep food. The two fridges in the main kitchen were great but there was not a formal pantry or any empty cabinets to store dry food. Also, the house was smart-sometimes smarter than us and we did not know how to adjust the temperature. Additionally, the wi-fi password should be in the book as when you arrive you won't have wi-fi to check the email that has the password :)

"My family enjoyed a fabulous stay at the gorgeous Brush Creek Pool House near Ashville, NC this past week. The home is close to downtown and the Biltmore Estate, yet set back from neighboring residences for maximum privacy. The home was recently completely remodeled and they thought of everything!! The kitchen was massive and the home was thoughtfully appointed. There were plenty of places to gather as a large group as well as to get away from the crowd ;-) The staff at Yonder was very quick to respond to any of our questions/concerns. I would highly recommend!!

"IDEAL for a large gathering of friends and family, even business trips! I absolutely love the privacy of all the rooms, the private bathrooms that were impeccable and very modern, and the gorgeous custom built dining room table that could seat so many for a great meal.My FAVORITE part had to be the pool and the small waterfall and Koi pond in the front yard. I could sit out and listen to the water all evening peacefully.

"We had a big group with quite a few families with kids. The layout and rooms were very practical and kid friendly while also staying luxurious and very stylish. We all loved the kitchen! Almost every room had bathrooms and showers and the top room was perfect for all of the kids. There were even washers and dryers in some of the bathrooms - genius! The pool area was amazing, lots of seating in or out of the sun to enjoy the outdoors and watch the kids swim. Gameroom was a big hit for everyone. Plenty of room for a ton of food and two dishwashers, several trash bins, multiple ovens and more made cooking for a larger group so easy. The grounds were beautiful and so relaxing. There are places to just get away from the group for peace and quiet if desired too. I was very impressed with it all and would recommend this house and location to anyone.

"What a dream rental home!!! Gorgeously finished and expertly appointed, this house has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. From the stocked game room, to the firepit, to the pool and hot tub there were so many ways to stay entertained! Beautiful waterfall/koi pond for relaxation as well! The kitchen was massive and more than met all of our needs. Multiple large spaces for gathering and ample spaces to escape the chaos when necessary ;-) I can not say enough positive things about this home or the Yonder staff who were very quick to address any of our questions/concerns.

"This property is amazing! 10 bedrooms and 10 baths. Home is beautifully decorated and immaculate. Kitchen area has anything you could ever need, including 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and an ice maker. A Traeger grill and a great hot tub. The game room is so fun, with two TVs. There an outdoor water feature with seating and the pool looks wonderful. Tis property is perfect for family gatherings, reunions, friends, etc. I highly recommend.

"What a wonderful property! We had a group of 25 staying at Brush Creek Pool House over the holidays and it fit our group perfectly. The renovations that were done are amazing! The attention to detail was obvious and we literally had everything we needed to cook our meals, make our drinks and sleep everyone comfortably. The waterfall feature was very cool, so much that we had our family pictures taken around it. ❤️ The game room was a big hit with everyone too! There is much more that could be mentioned, but this is a winner and we hope to be back in the summer to take advantage of the outside space including the swimming pool!

"This amazing home was perfect for my large and hectic family. It was the perfect place for us to have fun and celebrate us all being together. The kids had an incredible time in the game room (as well as some of the adults) and had them occupied for hours. There an incredible feel to the house, like you are secluded but not to far away for the city. It was such a cool and beautiful area and we were even able to see deer and other wild life pretty consistently. I would 100% recommend.

"This home was perfect in every way for our family gathering at Christmas! There were beautifully appointed bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, the huge kitchen and family room were perfect for all of us to be together, there was an amazing game room for the kids, there are TWO sets of washers and dryers, TWO dishwashers, and THREE ovens!!! There is a beautiful fire pit in the front and seats on the front porch to enjoy a quiet evening or coffee in the morning. We can’t wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool and hot tub!!!!
