Blue Mountain Cottage is the perfect blend of mountain views, modern comfort, and unbeatable location—just minutes from Asheville’s restaurants, breweries, and iconic attractions. This newly built 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat sleeps 7 comfortably and welcomes up to two dogs upon approval.

Inside, the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space makes gathering easy. A fireplace anchors the living room, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig Duo, French press, coffee grinder, and electric kettle for slow mornings before heading out to explore.

The spacious screened-in patio is the highlight. Enjoy long-range mountain views without leaving your seat, sip evening wine as the sun sets, or relax after a day on the Blue Ridge Parkway. There’s also a ping pong table for friendly competition and a Smart TV with sound system for cozy nights in.

Check-In / Check-Out Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. We’re happy to review early and late check requests and will do our best to accommodate. While early check-in or late check-out can’t be guaranteed, we always make every effort to honor these requests when availability allows. Paid options may be available.

Pets:  Dog-friendly! Up to 2 dogs allowed with a $130 non-refundable pet fee.

Quiet Policy :This home is located in a peaceful, private mountain community. To preserve the relaxing setting for everyone, please keep noise to a respectful level at all times. Parties and disruptive behavior aren’t permitted, and we kindly ask that you be mindful of neighbors and quiet hours starting at 10pm.

Payment, Cancellation & Travel Insurance : Please review our policies before booking.

Extended Stays: Reservations of 30 days or more are subject to review; stays exceeding 90 days require an additional agreement.  A security deposit, mid-stay cleaning fees and trash pick-up fees may apply depending on the length of stay.

Military Discount: We proudly offer a 5% discount to active duty military members and veterans. Proper documentation is required. Reach out to our Guest Experience Team for details. 

Last-Minute Bookings: For reservations made **within 7 days of arrival**, additional verification is required to protect our homeowners and guests.
This includes:
* A clear photo of a government-issued ID
* A full facial selfie of the primary guest holding that ID (must match the reservation name)
* A photo showing the last 4 digits of the payment method in the primary guest’s name

"In spite of awful weather the first two days of Easter weekend, we had a very enjoyable stay. Cottage is well equipped and clean, conveniently located, and although close to major roads, not so close as to be noisy or hard to navigate. We'll likely return.

"Our stay was phenomenal! The airbnb was extremely clean, well-kept, and great location. My family loves to cook, so we were pleasantly surprised with the kitchen supplies - everything you need and also great quality. Only downside is the small couch because it did not fit our family of four, but we made it work. Would definitely stay again!
