Wonderful Stay!

"We absolutely loved staying at the Blue Haven house, and the team at Yonder were excellent hosts. Everything was communicated clearly and professionally, and in a very timely manner. We had no problem finding the house, and accessing it, getting logged in to the wi-fi, etc was painless. The house is beautiful and modern. It is quite spacious, and incredibly clean and has just about amenity you need. It is large enough and laid out in a way so that everyone can have privacy. It has a very nice fenced back yard that our pup loved, and the property has a beautiful view of the mountains. There were several mornings where mist was covering the mountain tops, and it was so peaceful and serene to be able to sit on the back deck and drink our coffee while watching the mists move along the ridge lines. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and we felt safe at all times. It is also within a very short (3-4 min) drive from downtown Black Mountain and many wonderful restaurants, coffee shops.

"Great location in Black Mountain, adjacent to Montreat hiking trails and the charming restaurants and shops downtown, and just a short drive to Asheville. Loved the flow of the house, with a primary both upstairs and downstairs. The house felt new; everything was very clean, bright, and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Great for a family gathering

"We were going to Black Mountain for the memorial service of my brother-in-law. We wanted a place where my children's families could be together during this important family time. The house was just the right size for three couples, one small child, and a little dog. A well-equipped kitchen made it great for sharing meals, and a comfortable common space let us talk and enjoy one another's company. The house and linens were clean, and the large bedrooms had big closets.

Perfect family getaway spot in Black Mountain and dog friendly!

"Our recent stay at Blue Haven in Black Mountain was wonderful. It was a perfect spot for a family getaway. The house and furnishings are brand new with plenty of space for our family including the dog! There is a relaxing view of the mountains from the back deck which has a gas grill and table and chairs. It is super close to downtown Black Mountain which has many cute shops and restaurants. It is convenient to Asheville as well. The upstairs bedroom where I stayed was very spacious with a king-sized bed that was extremely comfortable and a large closet. There is another king-sized bed on the first floor which is the master bedroom. The kitchen was functional and well equipped with everything needed to cook several family dinners. Blue Haven exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be back!

Blue Haven Is My New Black Mountain Home Away From Home

"We've visited Black Mountain annually for several years. I've been wishing there was a place with mountain views that's close to downtown. Well, my wish came true with Blue Haven!! It's a new build, an easy walk to downtown, and it has mountain views all around. So I'm a happy girl! Blue Haven is on a quiet residential street, beds are super comfy and there are black out shades, so we slept great. The open floor plan and comfy furniture made for easy gathering with friends and family. Making meals at home was a breeze, since the kitchen had everything I needed. I loved all the windows for mountain views - so pretty as the sky and light changed during the day. The back deck is the entire width of the house, and will be great for outdoor dining in warm weather. Blue Haven is my new Black Mountain home away from home. Can't wait until next time!

"Blue Haven is an amazing house nestled away in the mountains just outside of Asheville. It brings all the feelings of a cozy getaway retreat in the mountains, while also providing modern and upscale amenities for guests. Blue Haven is in tremendous shape being newly built, and there were 0 issues during my stay. Blue Haven gives all you could need out of a rental home, and I would recommend staying here to anyone I come across. On top of the amazing parts of the house itself, the owners are kind and caring and responsive to ensure your stay is as perfect as it can be.

"Blue Haven is an absolutely beautiful home! It is new construction with superior appointments, many windows to let natural light in, and set in a quiet area. Furniture, including beds is very comfy. We really enjoyed the unobstructed mountain view, especially the sunrise over the mountains. The location is wonderful with Biltmore, Asheville, and the Blue Ridge Parkway just minutes away. This is definitely on our list of homes we will return to. It checks all the boxes for location, comfort, amenities, and bang for the buck. Blue Haven will definitely enhance your visit to western North Carolina.

Brand New Bliss!

"This gem is a must for any small group visiting Montreat/Black Mountain or the Asheville area! Blue Haven is a new build (2023!) and has been outfitted perfectly for a girls' weekend, a family getaway, a golf retreat, or for attending a conference at Montreat; the Montreat gate is a 3 minute drive from Blue Haven, and a 15 minute walk. The home is outfitted with new appliances, new furniture, and flat screen tv's in every room with 1 gig Wifi for those needing to work (or game!) while visiting Blue Haven. And - we brought our dog with us. Home away from home for sure. We know the area very well, have stayed numerous places, and we will most definitely be returning to Blue Haven. 6 stars!!

"A great week at Blue Haven in Black Mt., NC! A new house with lovely furnishings, a well-equipped kitchen, televisions for individual program tastes, comfortable beds, games and books, a back porch with mountain views and a grille made for a wonderful get-away. Blue Haven is super convenient to charming Black Mt. where local shops and restaurants have much to offer. A short, scenic drive to Asheville also makes for a pleasant outing. The perfect location to enjoy this area of NC is Blue Haven!

Thanksgiving Haven

"This year, our family (9), decided to celebrate Thanksgiving in Black Mountain. We wanted the holiday to be special, and it was special indeed, due in large part because of Blue Haven. Upon entering the newly constructed house, we immediately felt at home. Blue Haven was perfect for us in very way: spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, clean and modern. Every need a lodger might have has been anticipated by the owners. We have lodged at several locations in Black Mountain, but Blue Haven tops them all. Thanksgiving was especially meaningful for our family this year. A major reason was our time togetherat Blue Haven. I recommend Blue Haven without hesitation.
