While early check-in or late check-out can’t be guaranteed, we always make every effort to honor these requests when availability allows. Paid options may be available.

Quiet Policy This home is located in a peaceful, private mountain community. To preserve the relaxing setting for everyone, please keep noise to a respectful level at all times. Parties and disruptive behavior aren’t permitted, and we kindly ask that you be mindful of neighbors and quiet hours starting at 10pm.

Extended Stays Reservations of 30 days or more are subject to review; stays exceeding 90 days require an additional agreement. A security deposit, mid stay cleaning fees and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay.

"Wonderful Home/Amenities with Beautiful Mountain Views and Sunsets. I go to the mountains particularly for the cooler weather and I was not disappointed the week of our stay. "If you’re looking for a lovely getaway with breathtaking scenery, then I highly recommend “Back Porch Views”. My friends and I were fortunate to find this hidden gem and spend a few relaxing days in the mountains. We were greeted with a pristine, well-maintained home that was impeccably clean and beautifully furnished with just the right amount of mountain charm. The home is designed around the exquisite views using floor to ceiling windows in the great room with a charming stone fireplace that warms up the room with the touch of a button. A cozy screened in porch and an outdoor entertaining area with gas grill and ample seating offer the perfect spot to take in the gorgeous sunsets. However, if you have to leave this oasis, then the towns of Brevard, Cashiers and Highlands are just a few minutes away, offering quaint shopping and delicious restaurants. And be sure not to miss our favorite, The Library, for a wonderful dining experience that is just minutes down the street. I highly recommend “Back Porch Views”! We will certainly be back!

"We had a wonderful experience at Back Porch Views! The house is immaculate, cozy and fit our needs perfectly for our girls get away! The location was ideal for enjoying the many beautiful views, hikes and restaurants in the Sapphire, Cashiers area. One of the best features of this beautiful home, is the many porches with the amazing panoramic mountain views. We especially enjoyed the amazing sunsets we saw. Also, the fireplace was so cozy and can be turned on with a push of a button. We will be back to Back Porch Views! Leigh D
