The living area features a cozy electric fireplace and multiple Roku Smart TVs, while the fully equipped kitchen invites relaxed meals together. With 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, this home sleeps up to 4 guests in comfort — including a king-sized Kingsdown bed in the primary and a queen in the second bedroom (with direct bath access). Linens and towels are provided.

"This was a beautifully furnished and appointed property with everything we needed for a vacation in the Asheville area. It is just minutes from downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway—and was a perfect launching point for all our adventures! The property was incredibly clean and well stocked and offered everything from a washer/dryer and French press to a dishwasher and hot tub. We spent every night in the hot tub, unwinding after long hikes and enjoying the starry skies and peaceful, quiet neighborhood. A great little coffee shop also is just down the hill from this wonderful getaway spot. I highly recommend it for groups of up to four people! Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Quiet Little Cottage

"The house is beautiful like a modern model home. Small and cozy for two. We enjoyed it close to Asheville but tucked back from the busy areas. We had a pleasant sleep in the king bed. The master shower was a delight. The kitchen was easy to use to cook our breafasts and Xmas steak dinner. The only thing we'd add is a broiler pan and some dish rags and terry towels. Maybe a few more flat rugs thru out the house, and sliding master bath door. It's decorated beautifully too.

"We LOVED this bungalow stay. It was so easy to find and close to everything. My friend and I went mostly to visit the Biltmore for her 40th Birthday. We also saw Shakespeare in the Park and toured Downtown Asheville. ALL were very close. We especially enjoyed —the hot tub morning and night. — Having doors from our bedrooms straight out to back deck. We spent much time in the back and the landscaping was peaceful. — Huge kitchen — very comfortable living room —stocked laundry closet. —friendly coffee house and another store within walking distance. —close by gas, grocery etc. We really felt like we found l ideal place for us and were beyond pleased. My friend is already planning a return trip with her Dad. I do much research before I select our travel stays and this was PERFECTION.

"We had a great time! The cottage was just as described- comfortable, well appointed, and conveniently located to town. We came to Asheville for a mother/daughter/sister trip and thought the property was so cute and had everything we needed! "This Airbnb is very cozy with a great kitchen island for meals. The living room could use some rearranging, as the seats had us sitting at somewhat of an awkward angle so we moved the long couch to face towards the TV. Similar to other reviews, the jacuzzi was a little tight, but still nice. We had a bit of trouble locking the door from the smaller bathroom to the smaller bedroom since the sliding door didn’t properly align with the joint.

"This is an excellent location that is EASY to access! It's new construction and its in an area that feels quite charming. The home is clean and inviting and even though its a small footprint, it was more than adequate for the family. I would choose this home again. Beautiful Property

"Beautiful property! The home is brand new, beautifully decorated, and clean! Has a nice small front porch and back deck. We slept in the king bed room and the mattress was amazing and has very soft sheets! They are still building homes on the street but it wasn't a problem. Cute fireplace in the living room. We didn't cook but the kitchen is very nice. Two bedrooms and each one has an attached bathroom so great place to share with friends. Nice little touches like a cozy blanket on the couch. Oh and good wifi with speakers in the ceiling. Shower had good water pressure. We drove down the hill and ate breakfast at the coffee shop but we could have walked it so close. Had an amazing chai latte. They had muffins and yougurt and bagels as well. I will definitely return!
